On The Moral Evaluation Mechanism Of College Students In The New Era

On June 30,2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out at the meeting of the CPC Central Committee’s comprehensive deepening reform Committee that "education evaluation is related to the direction of education development.It is necessary to improve the evaluation of results and strengthen the process evaluation according to the characteristics of different subjects,different classes and different types of education.Explore value-added evaluation,improve comprehensive evaluation,and strive to break the stubborn disease of only scores,only studies,only diplomas,only papers,and only hats.This is the direction that the country points out for its future development in the light of the existing problems in education evaluation in the new era.As an important part of the overall evaluation system of education,constructing and perfecting a good moral evaluation mechanism is not only conducive to promoting the healthy development of college students’ moral quality and the smooth development of moral education in colleges and universities,but also conducive to cultivating and practicing socialist core values and promoting the establishment of a harmonious socialist society.On June 30,2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the meeting of the CPC Central Committee’s comprehensive deepening reform Committee that "education evaluation is related to the direction of education development.It is necessary to improve the evaluation of results and strengthen the process evaluation according to the characteristics of different subjects,different classes and different types of education.Explore value-added evaluation...Establish a scientific education evaluation system and mechanism that meets the requirements of the times." This points out the way forward for reforming all kinds of educational evaluation in China to promote the development of education in the new era.After that,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era in October of the same year,which put forward systematic guidance and requirements for comprehensively launching the reform of education evaluation in the new era in China.College students’ moral evaluation is an important part of moral education evaluation system.Implementing the important instructions of General Secretary Jin Ping and the overall deployment of the Party and the country,and constructing and perfecting a scientific and effective moral evaluation mechanism in higher education are not only an important link for colleges and universities to implement the new requirements of the Implementation Outline of Citizens’ Moral Construction in the New Era and promote the development of moral education in colleges and universities,but also an important guarantee for cultivating and practicing socialist core values,promoting the all-round and healthy development of college students’ morality,intelligence,beauty and labor,and cultivating new people in the era of national rejuvenation.At present,there are some problems that can not be ignored in the moral evaluation of college students,such as the lack of the times and the failure to reflect the specific requirements of social development;The moral evaluation index is single,which fails to fully reflect the overall requirements of social moral construction;The purpose of moral evaluation is utilitarian,and the evaluation means are material,which deviates from the original intention of moral evaluation;The main body of moral evaluation is diversified and fails to achieve multi-head overall planning;The object of moral evaluation has no sense of participation,and the educational value of self-evaluation is less;The moral evaluation method is single and solidified,lacking the support of modern science and technology;The lack of attention to the results of moral evaluation and the failure to establish a long-term feedback and guidance mechanism have led to the moral evaluation link becoming a short board that affects the effectiveness of moral education and restricts the development of moral education in colleges and universities.This paper focuses on the theme of moral evaluation,based on the current situation of moral education of college students in China,and actively explores how to improve the mechanism of moral evaluation of college students,in order to make useful thinking for promoting the research work of moral education in colleges and universities in China,and to have a certain reference role for improving the practical work of moral education in colleges and universities.This paper mainly studies from four aspects.The first part summarizes the theoretical basis of this research by explaining the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings,Marxist moral theory,ancient Chinese moral evaluation thought and western moral evaluation theory,which lays a theoretical basis for the study of college students’ moral evaluation mechanism and clarifies the realistic requirements.The second part,according to the actual development needs of the current society and the actual characteristics of the moral evaluation mechanism itself,puts forward the basic basis and main principles of the moral evaluation mechanism for college students in the new era.In the third part,through consulting relevant literature and field investigation,the current situation of the construction and development of college students’ moral evaluation mechanism is analyzed,the existing problems are pointed out,and the new challenges are further analyzed.The fourth part,aiming at the existing problems in the field of college students’ moral evaluation at present,tries to make a practical exploration on solving the problems faced by college students’ moral evaluation mechanism in the new era from three aspects: establishing the basic system of college students’ moral evaluation in the new era,constructing the integrated mechanism of college students’ moral evaluation in the new era and constructing the feedback mechanism of college students’ moral evaluation in the new era.
