This paper uses the methods of experiment,literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.in Jiangsu Province,Gaoyou,seven grade three classes and five classes,a total of 80 students for the experiment,of which seven grade three classes for the experimental class,seven grade five classes for control classes,40 for each class,male and female birth of 20 people.Before the experiment,the experimental class and the control class students of the basic physical condition of the data and comparative analysis,after T test,two classes no significant difference.On this basis,after 12 weeks of physical education,two classes to maintain the training time and intensity of the same premise of the use of different combinations of training means.After 12 weeks again to two classes for physical fitness test,with Excel2007 collection of data,and then use Spss20.0 for statistical analysis.After 12 weeks of teaching experiment,the experimental class uses the new physical strength training combination means,the control classes adopt the traditional physical education teaching method,obtains the following conclusion:1.According to the physiological and psychological characteristics of growth and development of junior middle school students,as well as the characteristics of junior middle school P.E.teaching and physical training,the paper can establish the content system of new physical training combination of junior middle school students,and improve the strength and endurance quality of junior middle school students.2.The traditional physical education uses the athletics,the football,the basic gymnastics and the conventional physical fitness practice as the main means,the new physical training takes the basic movement as the fundamental,pursues the body and mind overall development,according to the different physique development law,for junior high school student tailored new combination training means.3.From the horizontal contrast,after the experiment,the experimental class students ' strength,endurance,sensitivity of these three physical fitness compared to the prior to the experiment has a significant improvement,the control group of students in different physical fitness than before the experiment has no significant difference.4.From the angle of longitudinal contrast,after experiment,the students ' strength,speed,endurance and sensitive quality index of the experimental class are better than those of the control classes,among which there are significant differences in strength quality and endurance quality index.5.From the perspective of gender,junior high School,boys in the speed,strength,endurance quality has a congenital advantage,and the girls flexible quality is significantly better than boys,and sensitive quality level close.This shows that the new physical fitness training in junior high school physical education is feasible,compared with the traditional physical teaching methods,the new physical fitness training combined means to improve the physical fitness of junior middle school students more effective,and in improving student interest in learning,It plays a key role in stimulating students to take part in physical exercises and develop students ' physical and mental health.
