Research Purposes: In order that improve junior high school students' hobby and enthusiasm in participating in Physical Education Class,to increase their interest and enthusiasm in participating in Physical Education class and their awareness of participating in physical exercise,to enable students to gain successful experience while enjoying the fun brought by Physical Education,and Master a sports skills,develop the habit of life-long sports,play a positive role of football sports,to gear up the development of campus football.Research object and method: The experimental object is 60 junior middle school students of The third Middle School of the Fushan County,Shanxi Province.were selected as the experimental objects,using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,and so on.,before and after the experiment,the main indexes of healthy physical fitness body composition index,muscle fitness index,heart-lung Endurance Index,Flexibility Fitness Index)of junior middle school students were measured and analyzed,the changes of the students before and after the experiment were studied by comparing and analyzing the data of physical fitness physical fitness measurement between the experimental group and the Control Group.Research Results:1.In the aspect of body composition,football class can significantly reduce the body fat rate of junior middle school students of both sexes,and the experimental results have significant difference after statistical examination(p < 0.05),and the decrease range of girl students was larger than that of boy students,but had no significant effect on body mass index(BMI)(p > 0.05).2.In terms of heart and lung endurance,football class can significantly improve the lung capacity and VO2 Max of junior middle school students(p < 0.01),football class has better effect than traditional sports class in improving heart and lung increase of junior middle school students.3.In the aspect of muscle fitness,football class can significantly improve the result of sit-up(p < 0.05),and can promote the development of lower limb strength of junior high school students as same as traditional physical education class,can significantly improve the lower limb strength of junior high school students;But it is not as good as traditional pe in improving grip strength.4.In the aspect of flexibility ability,football class and traditional physical education class had no significant effect on the middle school students' sitting posture forward bend(p > 0.05).Research Conclusion:1.twice a week,45 minutes each time,lasting 16 weeks football teaching activities can improve the health and physical fitness level of junior high school students.2.Through the same teaching time,intensity of the same physical education teaching experiment,football class than the regular physical education can effectively improve the level of health and physical fitness junior high school students;3.16 weeks football teaching can effectively reduce the body fat rate,help junior high school students to maintain a good body shape and healthy physique,can significantly improve the lung capacity and VO2 Max level,for junior middle school students lower limb strength has a certain role,but for upper limb strength and flexibility to improve the role of no obvious promotion;4.After 16 weeks of experimental intervention in football teaching,the development level of body composition,cardiorespiratory endurance,muscle strength and muscle endurance of junior middle school students can be effectively improved,it is further proved that football has a positive effect on the development of physical fitness of junior high school students,which provides a reference for the development of campus football.
