The strength of lower limbs in the cowboy dance teaching to strengthen and control is a very important part of the strength of lower limbs for strengthening and control we now tend to be traditional unarmed cowboy dance teaching ways to physical quality training methods,for the children's cowboy dance teaching in order to improve children's cowboy dance better teaching effect,according to the age characteristics of the dancers and understanding ability to formulate training plan,and in the cowboy dance teaching using the auxiliary tool for teaching and training,can not only improve the students' interest in learning,training students' lower limb strength and dancers can let children find the hair of the body force method so as to improve the teaching effect of children's cowboy dance.This article through the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and other research methods.The author consulted the literature about the teaching of dance sport and the related literature about the teaching of jive dance.At the same time,I consulted experts in sports dance teaching,teachers with senior teaching experience and retired Latin dance professional competitors about the application of weight belt training jive dance training program.By applying the method of experiment to the guangzhou baiyun district 36 days yue dance art school at the age of seven to nine same body function characteristics and technical level of Latin dance,Latin dancers as the research object,the 36 7 to 9,the same body function characteristics and technical level of Latin dance,Latin dancers are divided into two groups,the first group to the control group,kick and receive the leg action cowboy dance teaching,adopts the traditional training methods.The second group was the experimental group,which was taught the same kicking and retraction in jive dance,but the weight-band training method was applied.After 12 weeks of training,the quality of movement,the speed of movement,was compared between the kick and retraction of the jive and the retraction of the basic step.After 12 weeks of experiment,the experimental group using weight band training for jive and the control group without weight band traditional training for jive were tested on the quality and speed of the movement of kick and retract and retreat of basic step in jive.Through the experimental test data,it is found that the experimental group in the test of jive kick retract leg movement and the basic step back when the speed and quality of the movement is generally higher than the control group.In particular,the number of movements at the same time in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,indicating that the application of weight-band training for children's jive has significantly improved the basic movements of children's jive,indicating that the application of weight-band training can improve the teaching effect of children's jive.
