only to cultivate,explore and transport elite football reserves for the country,but also to improve the physical fitness of students through football.Health level.Physical fitness refers to the quality of the human body and is an important measure of health.The third grade of elementary school students are at a critical stage of growth and development,and their physical condition is particularly important.Therefore,using the intervention method of football classroom teaching to improve the physical condition of the third grade primary school students,the football teaching content and methods suitable for the third grade primary school students were designed,and the teaching experiment was carried out in strict accordance with this teaching plan,and the physical fitness of the students was compared before and after the experiment.Data and analysis are used to verify that football classroom teaching improves the physical condition of the third grade students in primary school,and summarize the content and methods of this teaching to enrich the football teaching of primary school students.Therefore,this article proposes an experimental study on improving the physical fitness of third grade primary school students by football classroom teaching.This article uses the literature method to sort out and summarize the research progress related to this thesis,conceive the teaching design of the football classroom;use the expert interview method to improve the integrity and feasibility of the football lesson,and determine the needs of this experiment Physical fitness test indicators;Using the teaching experiment method,it is determined that Class 31 is the experimental class with 49 students,and Class 32 is the control class with 45 students.Both classes are the third grade students of Huangxi Primary School,Shiwan Town,Huizhou City.Both classes play football in the same semester.Teaching experiment.After a 10-week football teaching experiment with three lessons per week,the following research conclusions are drawn using mathematical statistics analysis:(1)The main purpose of this research is to improve the physical condition of the third grade students,combining the physical development characteristics of the third grade students at the age stage and the characteristics of football teaching.The football classroom teaching designed to improve the physical condition of the third grade primary school students has scientific concepts,clear teaching goals,requirements and principles,and it is feasible to improve the physical condition of primary school students.(2)From the body shape data after the football teaching experiment,it can be concluded that the body shape of the experimental group and the control group has improved,and there is no significant difference.However,the gains in height and weight of pupils in the experimental group were better than those in the control group.It shows that football teaching is in line with the normal physical development of primary school students.The football classroom teaching of the experimental group improved the body shape of the third grade students better than the conventional football teaching of the control group.(3)After the teaching experiment,the vital capacity of the male and female students in the control group and the experimental group has been greatly improved,and there are very significant differences.The vital capacity increment rate of the male students in the experimental group is higher than that of the male students in the control group.11.2%;the value-added rate of female students in the experimental group is 9.9% higher than that of the female students in the control group,and there is a significant difference.The experimental results show that football lessons can significantly improve the physical functions of the third grade students,and the football classroom teaching of the experimental group improves the physical functions of the third grade students better than regular football lessons.(4)The results of a 10-week football teaching experiment show that football has a positive effect on the enhancement and improvement of the physical quality of the third grade primary school students.From the data: the experimental group has very significant differences in sensitivity,speed,and strength,response and coordination ability indicators;the control group has very significant differences in sensitivity,speed,strength,and response coordination capabilities.By comparing the value-added conditions of the physical fitness indicators of the two groups,it was found that the value-added and value-added rates of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group.It shows that football has a good effect on improving the physical condition of the third grade students,and the football classroom teaching of the experimental group improves the physical quality of the third grade students better than regular football lessons. |
