Psychological pressure refers to the situations (pressure source) which cause physical or psychological effect and leads to physical, psychological and behavioral consequences. Unreasonable or long-lasting pressure can harm people's physical and mental health. The source of psychological pressure refers to the stimulus which causes the tension of organism, including various internal and external situations. Analysis of the vocational school teachers'pressure source may help them establish positive and effective psychological prevention mechanism, and is favorable for teachers'physical and mental health, and it plays a significant role in the development of vocational education.The research concludes that: 1. The teachers in southwestern region are under greater pressure, survey results show that 42.3% of the teachers think their career pressure is great, 17.9% of them think the pressure is very great. 2. There are remarkable differences between the pressure sources of male teachers and that of female teachers in some special factors. Worrying about the safety of the students and the enrollment difficulties are relatively greater pressure for male and female teachers. 3. The differences between the head teachers and the other teachers are significant in some special factors and the workload, each of which the head teachers'is higher than the other teachers'. 4. There are remarkable differences among the teachers'pressure source of all ages in family relationships, workload and there are highly remarkable differences in job security, special factors. The pressure of the teachers from 36 to 45 years old is greater than that of other age groups of teachers.
