On January 20,2020,the Education Bureau issued the National Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools.The new standard points out that the core qualities of physical education and health curriculum--"athletic ability,healthy behavior and sportsmanship"--are the starting point and destination of the physical education and health curriculum reform in secondary vocational schools.It is clear that physical education and health courses should help students learn scientific methods of exercise,enjoy fun in sports,enhance their physique and improve their personality.As the reform direction of the new curriculum standard,it ADAPTS to the requirements of physical education teaching in secondary vocational schools.At the same time,teachers need to improve the teaching methods and teaching contents,actively explore and research different physical education teaching methods,and update the teaching concept at the same time.Grasp teaching method is the teaching emphasis shifting from the emphasis on technical mastery on the cognition of project and interest,to "overall,local,and the overall teaching process applied in the teaching of the ball,to the collective game and group game as the main teaching methods,to improve the effect of classroom teaching and student's interest in ball games.This study USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and other research methods,comparison and analysis of grasp the characteristics of the teaching method and traditional teaching method,and comparing the teaching effect of different teaching methods,to grasp the application research of teaching in secondary vocational schools to provide the reference,rich basketball teaching method.Through teaching practice research,it is proved that:1.In terms of overall interest,after the experiment,the students in the experimental group were better than the students in the control group in terms of the overall interest,such as the enthusiasm and interest of participating in classroom exercises.The grasping teaching method focuses on guiding students' thinking ability when they participate in ball games,effectively improving students' interest and inquiry in learning,and enhancing students' internal motivation to participate in basketball games by enhancing their interest in learning.2.In the aspect of movement technique,the traditional teaching method mainly focuses on the teaching method of mastering technical skills,and the understanding of teaching rules is supplemented by the practice of technical skills.The grasping teaching method is to change the teaching method which mainly focuses on movement techniques,aiming at strengthening students' overall cognition of basketball in games and games,and improving students' cooperation and awareness.3.In terms of game ability and tactical awareness,the grasping teaching method focuses on guiding students' thinking ability of basketball,strengthening cooperation and confrontation among students,meeting the teaching requirements of ball games in secondary vocational schools,and comprehensively improving students' cognition and understanding of basketball.4.Comprehension teaching method meets the teaching requirements of ball games in secondary vocational schools,and comprehensively improves students' cognition and understanding of basketball.Through the comparison of experimental research,the traditional teaching method and the understanding teaching method have their own advantages,and teachers should use different teaching methods reasonably according to different teaching purposes.
