Action Research On The Cultivation Of Middle School Students’ Sports Backbone

The liberal education requires educators to make full use of various educational channels,so that the educated in physical and mental aspects of full and full development.Although the sports backbone system is not the only way of moral education,it can improve the management ability of students and also play an important role in education.The establishment of physical education backbone can realize the self-management and self-education among students,improve the efficiency of physical education classroom management,reduce the workload of physical education teachers.At the same time,the establishment of sports backbone can enable students to improve their management ability and sense of serving others in the process of managing others.These abilities and consciousness are necessary in the future society,and will exert a subtle influence on the individual’s lifelong development.At present,the system of selecting and using the backbone of school physical education in rural-urban areas is not optimistic,and it has become the privilege of a few people.However,some of the reforms currently implemented have not fundamentally solved the substantive problems in the selection and use of sports cadres,and most of the electoral system,electoral system and rotation system implemented are superficial,didn’t really do the educational work it was supposed to do.Through the analysis and research on the selection and use methods,the existing problems and the development trend of the selection and use of the sports backbone of middle school students in the urban-rural fringe,this paper further probes into such problems as the orientation of the role of the physical education teachers,the methods and the use of the selection and use of the physical education backbone,and further defines the concept of the physical education backbone,this paper redefines the role of sports backbone,puts forward the selection and use system of self-management mode,theoretically probes into how to give full play to the role of sports backbone in the process of education,and advances some selection and use methods,it is an effective way to improve the comprehensive quality of students and promote their sustainable development.
