The course of morality and rule of law in junior high school is a comprehensive course that lays a foundation for the healthy development of junior high school students' ideology and morality.It is a comprehensive moral course that cultivates students' correct values and national outlook.Every Chinese citizen needs to find the true meaning of learning from it and cultivate personal quality and sense of responsibility.Uygur as tradition and has a long history of ethnic minorities in xinjiang,the moral and the rule of law education of junior high school students is indispensable,because they are the backbone of the future in xinjiang construction,improve their patriotic consciousness,against separatism,to promote national economic stability,promote the development of xinjiang region play a key role.This paper starts from the classroom learning situation of Uygur students in the course of morality and rule of law,and pondering and researching the problems,causes and countermeasures existing in the study of Uygur students in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school.How to solve the problems and shortcomings of Uygur students in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior middle school is the key problem to be solved by this research institute.In bazhou yuli county first middle school in xinjiang uygur students as the research object,through to the society,schools,teachers,students,four main body of research,found that the present junior high morality and the rule of law class students exist the following problems: the social environmental impact is bigger,the school management is not standard,the teacher in class morality and the rule of law in the use of uygur folk culture resources lack,the Uygur students' learning enthusiasm is not high and the basic knowledge is weak and so on.Then,through the corresponding literature review,practical investigation and classroom observation,the following solutions are proposed: optimize the social environment of Uygur students' moral and legal education,pay attention to individual differences,standardize school management,strengthen teachers' ability,strengthen education quality,face up to cultural differences and play the main role;The society needs to strengthen the education of national concept and maintain national unity consciously;The school needs to improve the teaching conditions and create a harmonious self-study environment.The subject of teachers should improve the professional ability of using moral and legal resources and attach importance to the subject status of students in using moral and legal resources.Students should play the main role in the application of morality and the rule of law,take the initiative to communicate and learn,and eliminate the stereotype.Through the study of Uygur students' existing problems and countermeasures in the course of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,it has positive reference significance for the study of junior high school students' moral and rule of law education guidance.
