Talent makes the future.Education makes the dream.Human resources are given an increasingly important position in the development of a country.Therefore,the improvement of talent training is also seen as an important branch of the road to the realization of the second centenary goal of China.It is necessary to enhance China's cultural soft power,promote the development of school education,and implement the top-down education reform,so as to achieve the better implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country through talent.For students,the three-year learning experience in high school is of great significance to the composition of their knowledge,and the improvement of their ability is even more indispensable for the development of their whole life.Therefore,it can be concluded that ideological and political courses in high school are very important to cultivate students' core qualities,and even lead to the improvement of their personal development and China's comprehensive strength.Under the situation that the Party and the stat implemented vital documents and standards of moral education,educators have more clearly defined their educational goals.It is very important that in the classroom of high school,the characteristics of students' physical and mental development should be regarded as an important part of,and the lifelong development of students should be emphasized,which means that students really become the dominant objects,so that they can learn knowledge in the classroom and apply it to life and practice.At the 2018 National Education Conference,it was pointed out that it was necessary to foster the students' all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding with a hard-working spirit,so as to better bear the social and historical derived responsibility and mission,become a real successor to the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Since the new curriculum standard was formally promulgated,the question of"what kind of person to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom" has been further responded,which signifies the transformation of the college entrance examination from the original knowledge-oriented emphasis on test scores to the quality-oriented emphasis on the comprehensive development of students.Therefore,it can be found that in the high school stage,the cultivation and research of the core competence of ideological and political discipline can not only be regarded as the inevitable requirement of the new curriculum standard reform,but also the mission and responsibility of such educators.Therefore,in this paper,the status and development of high school ideological and political discipline and core competence was chosen as the research subject,with the No.1 Middle School of Science City of Sichuan Province as the research object.Moreover,a variety of methods are used to summarize the cultivation status quo and deeply analyze the reasons.in order to be helpful to the theoretical research and practice of cultivating the core competence of high school students in China.This paper is divided into the following four parts,except the introduction and conclusion.Part ?:Overview of theories related to ideological and political discipline and core competence cultivation in senior high school.In this part,the core accomplishment is analyzed theoretically to further clarify the core competence of discipline,including the basic concept of the meaning,content and characteristics of the core competence of the ideological and political discipline.In addition,the necessity and feasibility of the reform of the basic education curriculum,the moral orientation of the discipline and the all-round development of students is discussed.Part ?:Main problems of ideological and political discipline in the cultivation of core competence in senior high school.In this part,the method of questionnaire is adopted,with the students of all grades in the No.1 Middle School of Sichuan Science City as the object,to truly learn the status of the core competence of the ideological and political discipline in senior high school.Moreover,based on the data,respectively summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the ideological and political discipline core literacy cultivation.Part ?:Analysis of problems in the cultivation of core competence of ideological and political discipline in the senior high school.Based on the profound analysis of these problems,the reasons can be carried out from the following three perspectives.First,the school has a single teaching quality evaluation,closed teaching environment and the lack of curriculum management and other problems.Second,it can be found that teachers lack their own teaching concepts,methods and skills,which hinders the cultivation of the core competence of political teaching in the senior high school.From the perspective of students,it can be found that their weal role awareness,inefficient learning methods and lack of learning motivation,which is not conducive to the cultivation and promotion of their core competence.Part ?:Methods to promote the cultivation of the core competence of high school students' ideological and political discipline.Through the summary of the problems of the cultivation of core competence of ideological and political discipline in the senior high school and the profound analysis of the corresponding reasons,the corresponding educational countermeasures are discussed respectively from the following aspects:the integrated role of school,the leading role of teacher and the main role of student internalization.
