In 2001,the Ministry of Education proposed in the Outline of Curriculum Reform in Basic Education(Trial)the implementation of national,local and school curriculum management to ensure and promote the adaptation of the curriculum to the requirements of different regions,schools and students.Since then,with the deepening of curriculum reform,school-based curriculum has become a hot topic of basic education reform,and schools everywhere have begun to explore the construction of school-based curriculum.In order to carry out the educational concept of "Lide Tree Man" in the basic education stage and help students tie the "first button" in life,it is especially necessary to set up ideological and political school-based curriculum.At the same time,China is a unified multi-ethnic country,ethnic secondary schools and ethnic minority students occupy a certain proportion.The ideological and political school-based curriculum of ethnic secondary schools is shouldering the dual mission of promoting ethnic unity and the all-round development of students of all ethnic groups,and the author's inquiry finds that the development and practical effect of ideological and political school-based courses in ethnic middle schools is not ideal due to various factors.In this paper,Guiyang ethnic High School in Guizhou Province as the object of the case,using questionnaire method,interview method,literature research method and other methods,to explore the school's ideological and political school-based curriculum development and practice of the status quo,find out the problems,find out the reasons.At the same time,in view of the problems,put forward suggestions and countermeasures for improvement,and improve the effectiveness of the development and practice of ideological and political school-based curriculum in ethnic secondary schools.The full text consists of five parts:The first part,introduction.Explaining the background,basis and significance of the research,combing the relevant research at home and abroad,and discussing the research ideas and methods of this paper,expounding the research design of the focus,difficulties and innovation points.The second part summarizes the meaning of school-based curriculum,ideological and political school-based curriculum and the development and practice of ideological and political school-based curriculum,analyzes the theoretical basis of the development and practice of ideological and political school-based curriculum,and explains the high political,content difference and formal uniqueness of ideological and political school-based curriculum development and practice.The third part summarizes the overall characteristics of the study case--Guiyang Minority Middle School and the situation of the ideological and political teaching and research group,introduces the process and content of the development and practice of the ideological and political school-based course "Long March Spirit Red Tract Visiting",and explains the value of the development and practice of the ideological and political school-based course in Guiyang Minority Middle School.Through the investigation of the current situation of the development and practice of the ideological and political school-based course,we can find that: the main body of the development and practice of the ideological and political school-based course lacks enthusiasm and participation consciousness;The compilation quality of ideological and political school-based textbooks is not high;Students are not satisfied with the teaching method of school-based courses and lack of participation;The practical effect of ideological and political school-based course is not ideal;This paper also analyzes the reasons behind these problems.The fourth part,starting from the problems in the development and implementation of ideological and political school-based curriculum in Guiyang ethnic High School,explores the measures and countermeasures to solve these problems,respectively,from raising the subject's awareness,strengthening the importance of ideological and political school-based curriculum development and practice subject;Thus,it provides some reference and reference for the development and practice of ideological and political school-based curriculum in our ethnic middle school.
