For a long time,the deviation of school education and family education has led to the low labor quality and low aesthetic level of young people in our country.Therefore,the country advocates strengthening aesthetic education and labor education.At present,subject boundaries are becoming more and more blurred,and subject integration teaching has become the trend of educational development.The integration of aesthetic education and labor education in teaching objectives,teaching approaches,evaluation criteria and other aspects is inseparable,the integration of the two conforms to the current trend of education development.This paper takes the integration of two education as the angle of view,the theory of the leading organizer's teaching strategy as the guide,and relies on the labor subject course in the three edition of art teaching material resources of the human beauty edition,the human education edition and the Hunan education edition.The first organizer's teaching strategy focuses on changing the traditional teaching methods,relying on text,image,video and other resources to enhance students' autonomy in constructing knowledge system.Guided by the theory of the leading organizer's teaching strategy,this paper mainly explores the characteristics of the integration of the teaching strategy from the aspects of teaching method,design principle,implementation principle and implementation process,so as to realize the educational goal of the integration teaching strategy.In order to achieve the purpose of the research,the main research methods and ideas of this paper are: first,to collect and collate the research materials such as teaching strategy,aesthetic education,labor education and integration teaching of the leading organizers,to grasp the research trends,and to sort out the labor subject curriculum in the third edition of junior high school art textbooks,so as to provide research resources for the research;secondly,to investigate and grasp the existing cognitive situation of the integration of two education in the students' cognitive structure;Finally,through the case analysis method,select the typical labor subject course in the three edition teaching material,use and test the teaching strategy,demonstrate its scientific nature and effectiveness,find out the deficiency,and perfect it.three main viewpoints formed in this paper: first,the teaching objectives,teaching approaches and teaching evaluation of aesthetic education and labor education are universal and relevant;second,the labor subject courses in the three edition of art textbooks are rich and diverse,which can provide curriculum resources for the integration of two education teaching practice;third,the leading teaching strategy from the perspective of integration of two education has strong practical guiding significance,which can not only give full play to students' subjective initiative,enhance students' logical ability and abstract generalization ability,but also fully realize the teaching goal of integration and promote students' all-round development.Secondary fusion from the perspective of teaching strategy theory and application research,can not only provide theoretical guidance for art classroom teaching,find the meeting of aesthetic education and labor education,and can enrich and improve art teaching strategy,promote the optimization of art teaching effect,and the teaching strategy in the practice of junior high school art teaching activities can effectively promote students ' aesthetic quality and labor quality at the same time.However,because this study is still in the preliminary exploration stage,there are still many deficiencies,which will be gradually improved in the future research.In short,the research of the teaching strategy of the integration of secondary education not only improves the teaching value of the junior middle school art classroom,but also has a great impact on the comprehensive development of students.Its significance can not be underestimated,which is worthy of the in-depth research and full promotion of the majority of front-line teachers.
