With the development of science and technology, teaching methods tend to be more diversification. The research of this thesis mainly adopts the method of combining theory with practice. In the theoretical part, the determination of research content and research methods, the introduction of physical thinking and visualization techniques, the explanation of construction theory, thinking strategy means and thinking training methods, providing strong theoretical support for the subsequent experimental research. In the process of practical teaching research,it is mainly developed from two aspects: case studies and experimental studies. For case studies, for one thing,it provides design ideas for front-line teachers from the perspective of instructional design;for another,it reveals the problem-solving strategies of model thinking from the aspect of problem solving and finally through the actual classroom research, show the teachers how to integrate the visualization of thinking with the actual teaching of physics. In the course of the experiment, mainly through the questionnaire survey to understand the understanding and application of visual visualization of the teachers and students in school.Later, taking the first-year students of senior high school as experimental subjects, the experimental class adopted the visual teaching method of thinking, while the control class adopted the traditional teaching method for comparison. The conclusion that thinking visualization is effective when applied to high school Physics Teaching can be reached by using the evolution methods. Finally, hoped that after this research, the results can be displayed to more front-line teachers and provide useful teaching ideas for them to study how to improve the quality of students' thinking.
