Since entering the 21st century of globalization and informatization,the competition among countries has become increasingly fierce in which the talent competition was the most important.This requires us to pay more attention to the development of education and the cultivation of talents.Today's education is no longer just a simple teaching of knowledge,but needs to significantly improve student's key theoretical and practical knowledge in theory and practice.Especially with the deepening of the innovation of basic education in the new era,we should constantly explore and promote the reform of teaching methods.Geography is one of the compulsory subjects in high school,which covers rich contents of human geography and physical geography.The"Geography Compulsory I" was also the foundation of high school geography,which contains many abstract knowledge points and requires a good spatial understanding ability.Geography experiment teaching was an important content and teaching method of geography teaching in high school,which integrates the functions of knowledge explanation,hands-on practice and improvement of comprehensive quality and ability.However,there were still many problems in geography experiment teaching and it had not played its due role in high school geography teaching.This study integrated use of literature research,questionnaire survey between teachers and students,the experimental methods of comparative analysis,case studies,the theory of multiple intelligences,situational learning theory,constructivism learning theory,learning theory and the theory of "learning by doing" pyramid.Under the guidance of the questionnaire on the basis of statistical analysis,the geographic compulsory one was used as the geographical case teaching of experiment for high schools.The classroom teaching of experimental class and controling class was carried out to analyze the marks in geography,and degree of interest in learning geography for testing and evaluation,to explore the influence of geography experiments teaching on improving teaching quality and cultivating students' core literacy of geography.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)The connotation and theoretical basis of geography experiment teaching are rich.Geography experimental teaching was based on the theory of multiple intelligences,situated learning theory,constructivism learning theory,learning pyramid theory,and "learning by doing" teaching theory as the theoretical basis,in which the students were in central and experimental teaching activity learning was the main form.It fully mobilize students' various senses,the organic combination of sensitivity study and experimental study to break through the bondage of books teaching materials so as to achieve teaching effect that traditional teaching cannot meet.Geography experiment teaching can realize the maximization of classroom benefit to enhance teacher's consciousness of after-class reflection,and to create a harmonious teacher-student relationship and a dynamic teaching atmosphere.(2)There were many problems in high school geography teaching.This study aimed at the influence of geography experiment on high school geography teaching effect.Through issuing questionnaires to teachers and students who participated in geography experiment teaching,this study had a comprehensive understanding of the influence of geography experiment on teacher's teaching and student's academic performance and interest level.After statistical analysis of the questionnaire,it was found that there were still some problems in promoting experimental teaching in high school geography class,such as limited classroom teaching time,low experimental operation ability of students,and insufficient school geography experimental equipment.These problems had largely restricted the promotion and use age of geography experiment in high school geography class teaching.(3)Cases study on the effectiveness of geography experiment were adopted in high school geography teaching.The part one of compulsory geographical curriculum for high schools was used for experimental teaching based on the contents of the textbooks and experimental design.Two grade point average level classes,in which one of them was the experimental class and experiment teaching method is used to explain the knowledge,the another one was choosed as a reference only to use the traditional teaching methods on the content.Through the analysis of the test results,it was found that the geography experiments were helpful to expand the students' comprehensive thinking ability,to optimize the students' learning methods,and to enhance the students'practical ability,so as to continuously strengthen the students' core literacy of geography.
