Education is the foundation of people's livelihood,and employment is the foundation of people's livelihood.In the context of the implementation of the new "3+1+2" college entrance examination model and the policy of "roughly equal ratio of job and general education" in many parts of the country in 2019,the career education of senior high school students has attracted unprecedented attention.According to the theory of career development and the characteristics of adolescent development,junior high school is an important enlightenment stage of career education.Carrying out career education activities in this stage can help students to know themselves,know their profession,know the relationship between education and occupation,master social adaptation skills,cultivate good career interest,and have an important influence on students' all-round development.In 2011,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidance Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Promoting the Coordinated Development of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education,which made clear instructions for the career planning and education of junior high school students,and also provided an important policy basis for junior high school students to carry out career education.Junior high school geography as a geography enlightenment course,both natural discipline and social discipline attributes,natural and all kinds of professions have close contact.At the same time,geography has strong comprehensiveness and practicality,which is a window for students to know the world in the compulsory education stage.For the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities,its unique natural geographical features and rich cultural connotations of human customs are the unique course resources of agrestic geography.Therefore,the integration of career education in geography teaching can not only help students to increase their interest in learning geography,but also combine with the reality of life to enrich students' understanding of career,so as to establish their own career ideal and make life planning as soon as possible.Scientific teaching design is the key to effective teaching activities.Based on combing and referring to previous studies,this paper studies how to integrate professional career education into junior high school geography teaching.Based on the case research,schools and local customs,taking the case of teaching contents and teaching methods,etc,design,and proposes the design through the practice of the shortage and improvement methods,eventually form based on the case teaching of geography textbook,local geographical career education courses,practice activities of three,a total of four career education infiltration in junior high school geography teaching case,for example school career education in junior middle school geography discipline to provide the reference.The research details are divided into the following six parts: The first part is the introduction.Through the literature search in the early stage,the research background and the reason of the topic are expounded,and the main content,research significance,research objects and research methods of this study are pointed out.The second part is to understand and analyze the current research status of junior high school career education at home and abroad,and expounds the main theoretical basis of career education in junior high school geography teaching;The third part is to examine schools-X liangshan prefecture ethnic high school career education present situation investigation,the current implementation of the "discipline penetration,theme class meeting,career guidance" three main way of teaching,through questionnaire and interview survey found that the current career education is a lack of system design,lack of local geography teaching career education material,single teaching mode and failed to arouse the enthusiasm of students' autonomous learning,case teaching to the student the guidance inadequate four aspects of the problem.In the fourth part,based on the existing problems of the case school and the investigation of local customs and practices,the author puts forward specific strategies to fully explore the teaching material content,develop the vocational education courses of rural geography and enrich the geography teaching methods.The fifth part is based on the above strategies,starting with design principles and ideas respectively,and presents four teaching cases.They are the case design of two geography classes permeating career education,the course design of career education in rural geography teaching,and a research activity containing enterprise reference and career experience.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research content,and analyzes the shortcomings of this study,hoping that future researchers can learn from and further explore.
