A community with a shared future for mankind is the inevitable result of the development of human society,and cooperation has become the main theme of world development.Junior high school students are in a critical period of developing moral behaviors,and their thoughts and behaviors are highly plastic.Cultivating their cooperative consciousness will not only develop their personality,help them adapt to and integrate into society,but also contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.As the main front of student life and study,the school plays a key role in cultivating students' cooperative consciousness.Previous studies on the cultivation strategy of cooperative consciousness by the school focused on classroom teaching,group tutoring and other explicit courses,while ignoring the hidden educational resource of campus culture.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the relationship between campus culture and junior high school students' cooperative consciousness and its mechanism,in order to enhance the junior high school students' cooperative consciousness through the construction of campus culture,and achieving the goal of good development of their socialization.In this paper,I used the "Junior High School Students' Cooperative Awareness Questionnaire" compiled by Wang Bin and the "Junior High School Campus Culture Questionnaire" compiled by Jin Jingen to survey 1500 junior high school students from the junior high school in Loudi City,Hunan Province;in addition,In addition,individual interviews has been added to obtain more abundant information.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the junior high school students' cooperative consciousness is at the upper-middle level,and the score of cooperation cognition is the highest.Junior high school students of different genders,grades,and whether they are class leader have significant differences in some dimensions of cooperation awareness.The results show that girls' cooperation intention is significantly higher than that of boys;the third-year middle school students' cooperation awareness is significantly higher than the other two grades;The cooperation intention of class leader is significantly higher than that of non-class leader.The junior high school campus culture is in the upper middle level as a whole,and the campus spiritual culture is the best among the campus.There are significant differences in the junior high school campus cultural perceptions in grades and whether they are class class.There is a significant positive correlation between junior high school campus culture and junior high school students' cooperation awareness,among which campus system culture,campus spiritual culture and campus behavior culture have a positive predictive effect on cooperation consciousness.The interview survey also verified the above conclusions,and further discovered the problems existing in the junior high school students' cooperation consciousness and the junior high school campus culture,such as ignoring the materialized spirit of the campus material environment in the construction of campus culture;the implementation of campus culture construction is not in place.According to the survey results,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects of campus system culture,campus spiritual culture,campus material culture and campus behavior culture,in order to optimize campus culture to achieve the purpose of cultivating junior high school students' cooperation consciousness and promote the development of socialization of junior high school students.
