Research On Quality Evaluation Of Logistics Professionals Training By Cooperation Between Sanzhi Logistics And Nanchang Institute Of Technology

With the rapid development of logistics technology and the transformation of logistics industry at home and abroad,the market has increasingly high requirements for the quality of logistics professionals,especially for logistics enterprises.At the same time,the national requirements for teaching quality and personnel training in colleges and universities demand that the training of logistics professionals should change with the constant changes in market demand for professionals,reduce the contradiction that does not match the quality demand of logistics professionals in enterprises,and better serve the regional economy and society.Moreover,it is very urgent and necessary to establish a systematic and scientific quality evaluation index system for logistics professionals in order to cultivate higher standards for logistics professionals in logistics enterprises,facing the high requirements of China Education Modernization 2035 of the Ministry of Education.In this study,from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation in training logistics professionals(Jiangxi Sanzhi Logistics Co.,Ltd.and Nanchang Institute of Technology),a model is established by using literature analysis,expert interview,questionnaire survey,fishbone model and DEMATEL method so as to construct a set of quality evaluation index system for school-enterprise cooperation in training logistics professionals with the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,which was applied to the whole process of training such as evaluation,practice and verification.It also aims at promoting the quality of logistics professionals jointly cultivated by enterprises and universities,providing enterprises with professional talents meeting the post standards as well as solving the problems of mismatch between supply and demand of logistics professionals and improving the flow of talents.It provides reference for peers,universities and training institutions in training logistics professionals.
