| The logistics industry of China started from1980s, and rise in the21st century. Withthe rapid development of China’s foreign trade, the enhancement of economic factors’liquidity needs between several major economic regions and provinces/cities,urban/country in China, the amount of logistics is bigger and bigger and logistics industrygets more and more attention and support from business, government and educationdepartment. Training the logistics personnel is the basis for the development of logisticsindustry, so establishing a scientific and effective training mode is profound and importantfor the development of port logistics industry in Qinhuangdao of Hebei province.According to the mode of port logistics personnel training, this paper analyzes thesituation of the mode. Through questionnaires gets the personnel need of port logisticsindustry, and on this basis, builds the personnel training mode of technology applied.While building logistics personnel training mode, this paper focuses on the building oftheoretical teaching mode and practice teaching mode. Then combines the fuzzyevaluation model and analytical hierarchy process, builds quality monitoring system oftechnology applied port logistics personnel training, evaluates and analyzes the trainingmode which constructed previously. Finally, comprehensive evaluates the qualitymonitoring system of port logistics personnel training in Qinhuangdao Vocational andTechnical College, determines the effect of this logistics personnel training model. Thelogistics professional training colleges and universities in Qinhuangdao focus on trainingthe logistics personnel for the development of port logistics industry as own duty,according to the logistics personnel requirement of local logistics companies, schoolconditions, and local regional characteristics of colleges and universities.The thinkingmethods and suggestions provided by this paper have reference value for the port logisticspersonnel training of Qinhuangdao. |
