The cultivation quality is the level of quality and talent training of secondary vocational school teachers,and reflects the achievement of the professional teachers' standard of the professional teachers' professional on the training standard and the concrete training process under its support.The training quality evaluation takes the training objective as the direction,through the comprehensive collection of information,the process of the training process and the quality of personnel to make objective measurement and scientific judgment.The evaluation process and results directly affect the quality of secondary vocational school teachers training quality,and play a positive role in the teaching conditions and teaching process.The research and implementation of the quality evaluation system of secondary vocational teachers is not only an important component of secondary vocational teachers training,but also an important basis for measuring the quality of training.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the system and the scientific quality evaluation system of secondary vocational teachers on the basis of training standards,training programs,core curriculum planning and characteristic teaching materials.The complete evaluation system of secondary vocational teachers' training quality should include the core content of evaluation target,evaluation basis,evaluation index system,evaluation standard and so on.The training quality evaluation system of secondary vocational school teachers is an important premise to carry out the evaluation,standardization and improvement of training quality of teachers of vocational education,and plays an important role in ensuring the training effect.According to the requirements of training quality evaluation in the training standards,training programs,core curriculum and characteristic teaching materials of vocational education teachers,this paper summarizes the evaluation system of secondary vocational school teachers' training quality evaluation system based on scientific and systematic principles from the aspects of scientific and systematic principles based on scientific and systematic principles.
