In 2012,the Ministry of Education issued the Ten Year Development Plan for Educational Informatization(2011-2020),which proposed that the level of integrated development of information technology and education should be significantly improved.Giving full play to the unique advantages of modern information technology,students' independent learning ability has been significantly enhanced under the information environment,the innovation of teaching methods and education models has been deepened continuously,and the promoting role of information technology in education reform has been fully demonstrated.Mathematics is also a priori science that needs to be carried out through practical activities.In recent years,the idea and method of "mathematical experiment" are changing the traditional mathematical teaching mode.Especially in primary schools,teachers and students begin to try to do mathematics by hand and feel mathematics with their heart.But it is still in the initial stage,and the teaching effect is not satisfactory.Scratch as an interesting programming language is easy to use,rich in interesting content,and interactive.It can be easily applied to the experimental teaching of mathematics in primary schools and open up a new idea of experimental teaching of mathematics in primary schools.This paper puts forward the idea of primary school mathematics experiment teaching based on Scratch development,constructs the platform of primary school mathematics experiment teaching,carries out typical cases of primary school mathematics experiment teaching,and explores and researches the systematic method,path and mode of primary school mathematics experiment teaching.This paper investigates the current situation of mathematics experiment teaching in many primary schools,especially the mathematics experiment teaching under the support of information technology,including the understanding of mathematics experiment in primary schools,cultivating environment,methods and methods,content selection,process teaching,effect and feedback and so on.This paper analyzes the problems in developing mathematics experimental teaching in primary schools.On the basis of following the law and system of mathematics knowledge in primary schools,it integrates information technology with mathematics curriculum in primary schools,and puts forward the optimization measures and systematic teaching mode of developing mathematics experimental teaching in primary schools.In combination with the practical situation of primary school teaching,has the typical representative of the elementary school mathematics experiment teaching case,elaborate the systematization of teaching each link,the use of Scratch programming knowledge visualization,experience the Scratch into practical application process of experiment teaching,some elementary school mathematics experiment teaching material,demonstration is given proposals and improvement measures.experimental teaching of mathematics in primary schools and open up a new idea of experimental teaching of mathematics in primary schools.Based in some primary schools to promote the development of Scratch in the elementary school mathematics systematic pattern of experiment teaching,practice teaching effect is remarkable,in improving the students interest in mathematics learning,promoting pupils' understanding of mathematics knowledge,cultivating pupils' logical thinking ability,developing students space imagination ability and improve the elementary student's innovation ability and so on have very big help.
