The revolutionary culture,formed in the revolutionary war years,embodies the values and spiritual outlook of the Chinese Communists,and is shining brightly with new connotations in the new era,and is made up of the revolutionary culture of each region.Regional revolutionary culture has strong local characteristics,as a fresh and powerful educational resources,regional revolutionary culture is a rich source of teaching activities of morality and rule of law.Applying it to teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect,stimulate students' learning enthusiasm,strengthen their cultural self-confidence,cultivate correct values and nourish students' thoughts.This paper focuses on the application of Zhangjiakou revolutionary cultural resources in the teaching of morality and rule of law.Defines the revolutionary culture and the related concepts of Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture;According to the revolutionary culture of Zhangjiakou,namely material culture and non-material culture.Analyze the connotation and characteristics of Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture and the rich education function;From morality and rule of law is helpful to promote junior high school teaching of the curriculum reform,to improve the junior high school education teachers' professional qualities,is conducive to cultivate new bear his national revival time three aspects discusses the Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture used in teaching,the necessity of morality and the rule of law,based on the easy to students accept the revolutionary tradition education,easy to produce emotional resonance,easy to arouse the enthusiasm of the students' classroom three dimension Zhangjiakou revolutionary cultural resources application is analyzed and the feasibility of "morality and the rule of law" teaching;Next in the investigation of Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture in the present situation of the application of the course teaching,this paper elaborates the situation about exploiting and taking advantage of Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture and some teachers who found application of Zhangjiakou revolutionary cultural resources consciousness is not strong,lack of professional quality students' cognition in Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture and take the initiative to accept degree is not high,Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture is applied to the morality and the rule of law needs to improve teaching method,the local junior high school morality and rule of law the lack of era of revolutionary culture education in teaching problems,The reason is that teachers in promoting Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture into the body of the teaching of morality and the rule of law consciousness is not strong,lack of system revolution cultural educational teaching system and cultural environment,the lack of a scientific revolution cultural practice educational system and mechanism construction,lack of perfect external environment support and the reasons of the revolutionary cultural education;Based on this,the author puts forward countermeasures : First of all,expanding the classroom space to make Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture through the "First,Second,Third classroom",turn the small classroom into a big classroom,and turn the small moral education into a big moral education.Secondly,we should promote the "three advances" of Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture(into the teaching plan,classroom and students' mind),enriching the teaching content and improving the curriculum effect.Thirdly,adhering to innovative teaching methods to enhance the novelty,attraction,appeal and inspiration of teaching.Fourthly,strengthening the goal orientation and construct the examination and evaluation system of combining Zhangjiakou revolutionary culture into the teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law".Finally,the research results are innovatively applied to the teaching example-"Guarding the National Spirit".
