Analysis On The Development Of Students' Comprehensive Ability In County High Schools Music Associations

Education is an indispensable cornerstone,which fosters the pace of national rejuvenation and the development of our society of all time.China has taken the lead in making major plans to give priority to the development of education,requiring individuals to improve their comprehensive qualities and promote the all-round development.We should make great efforts to construct the education system in morals,intelligence,physical fitness,work and aesthetics areas,and form a higher level of talent training system.In order to meet the needs of high-level talents in the rapidly developing society better,students need to have relatively comprehensive quality and ability.In recent years,the national primary and secondary schools began to pay attention to the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability.For ordinary high schools,most of them cultivate students' abilities by participating in association activities,which is also an effective way to achieve that.High school music associations is an important embodiment of constructing and flourishing campus culture and promoting campus culture.Besides,music associations is also the main force among all the associations in high schools,which not only improves high school students' comprehensive qualities,but also promotes the development quality-oriented education.However,for county high schools,due to the limitation of various conditions,the development of association types are not balanced,which contributes to the limited cultivation of students' comprehensive ability.Thus,music associations has become the main position to cultivate students' comprehensive ability in county high schools.The author visited and investigated the activities of high school associations in Gao County,Yibin City,and participated in the activities of music association.Through the questionnaire survey of the students of the music association and the interview of the guidance teacher,some problems existing in the cultivation of the students' comprehensive ability have been found.The thesis has proposed some effective countermeasures in line with the actual situation in the county area.And i hope it can not only promote the music association to cultivate students' comprehensive ability,but also provide a relatively standard reference for other schools in the county.The results of the thesis show that the students who are in the music association still need to improve their abilities quite a lot,such as,the practical abilities,the communication and cooperation abilities,the students' innovative thinking ability,the students' organizational ability and the students' psychological quality.After doing some interviews with the teachers.The thesis gives five faithful suggestions on how to make a better comprehensive skill of the high school students,concentrating on how to cultivate the professional ability,the cooperation ability,the innovation ability,the organizational ability and the psychological quality,which will give great help to students in their real life.
