At present,the problem of "insufficient exercise" has become an important issue affecting the healthy growth of teenagers all over the world.In October 2015,the construction of a healthy China was written into the communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.China has made national health a national strategy and attaches great importance to the development of health.Young people are the future of the country.Implementing the important measures for the all-round development of young people,morally,intellectually,physically,aesthetically,and diligently,is an important cornerstone for realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.School physical education environment is the best environment,to promote young students physical exercise self-efficacy is to determine the internal core factors of individuals to participate in physical exercise,this study proposed to school sports environment,self-efficacy and exercise behavior in junior high school students to explore the relationship between them,in order to grasp the junior middle school students physical exercise behavior regularity of occurrence and development of deep,physical exercises to improve junior middle school students to provide theoretical reference and practical support.This research mainly uses the literature method,the questionnaire survey method and the mathematical statistics method to support the research progress.The stratified sampling and cluster sampling were used to investigate and analyze 911 students in grades 7-9 from 6 junior high schools in Shihezi city.In the data analysis,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis and structural validity analysis were used to test the rationality and applicability of the questionnaire.Difference test mainly used independent sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to test demographic variables.Correlation analysis is used to analyze the pairwise correlation between variables.Using linear regression analysis of the school physical education system,social,material environment,self-efficacy and the relationship between the exercise behavior,as well as the size of the influence on the junior high school physical exercise behavior;Finally,the mediating effect of the interaction between school physical education environment and self-efficacy on the physical exercise behavior of junior high school students was tested by the method of multiple regressionThe main research results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences in the cognition of junior middle school students in the school physical education environment in Shihezi.Firstly,the environmental construction of school physical education in league field schools is inferior to that in urban schools,and the content of physical education curriculum is monotonous,and the atmosphere of physical education class is inferior to that in urban schools.Moreover,there are differences in self-efficacy and physical exercise behaviors of junior high school students in Shihezi City.Students with different efficacy have different physical exercise behaviors.When comparing the efficacy differences between the only child and the non-only child,it is concluded that the self-efficacy of the non-only child family is greater than that of the only family.(2)Through the school physical education environment,two related between self-efficacy and exercise behavior in junior high school students found that shihezi city junior high school in the school environment and students' exercise behavior has significantly positive correlation,school sports environment can effectively predict the junior middle school students in physical exercise environment also confirmed that the clean and comfortable exercise environment can promote the junior middle school students in physical exercise behavior,to improve junior middle school students physical health provides certain reference basis.(3)Through the test of regression model,school physical education system environment,school physical education social environment,school physical education material environment and self-efficacy have a significant impact on the physical exercise of junior high school students in Shihezi City,indicating that the above variables are important factors affecting the physical exercise behavior of junior high school students.At the same time,a mediating test was conducted with the variable of self-efficacy.Specifically,self-efficacy in the school physical education environment not only directly affects the occurrence of physical exercise behavior of junior high school students,but also indirectly affects it through the exercise of self-efficacy,playing a partial mediating role.
