“People-oriented” is the educational concept of cultivating talents in the new era.This idea proposes that teachers should attach importance to the existence of individual differences in teaching and pay complete and comprehensive attention to the development of students.However,at present,most of the physical education courses in domestic colleges and universities still adopt the traditional teaching method,which is easy to form a “one-size-fits-all” situation in the teaching process,and can not well implement the contemporary “people-oriented” education concept.Therefore,college physical education curriculum needs to break through the previous teaching mode to improve and innovate,in order to meet the needs of the development of the new era.Following the need of improvement,this paper applies the dynamic stratification teaching method to college basketball courses,explores the application effect of the teaching method in basketball teaching,and Theoretical basis and practical reference were provided for implementation of dynamic stratification teaching method in other college physical education courses.In this paper,literature,expert interview,Methods of research and mathematical statistics will be used to carry out relevant research.Firstly,the dynamic stratification teaching method is summarized and related theories are summarized,and the development plan of the experiment is designed.Then,61 male students from Class 1 and Class 2 Basketball General Training of Grade 2021 of the Department of Physical Education of Yuncheng University are randomly selected as experimental objects.The experimental research lasted for 16 weeks and 64 class hours under the premise of ensuring that the pre-test indexes of students in the two classes were similar and the influential factors of the experiment were strictly controlled.The control class adopts the traditional teaching method and the experimental class adopts the dynamic stratified teaching method.The physical quality,basketball skill level and physical exercise attitude of the students in the experimental class and the control class were compared to test the application effect of dynamic stratified teaching method in college basketball courses.Through processing and analysis of relevant data obtained before and after the experiment,the following conclusions are drawn: In teaching,dynamic stratification teaching method respects the existence of individual differences of students.In teaching,corresponding learning content can be formulated according to the existing ability level of students,which helps students to practice basketball technical movements on the basis of the existing level,improve the learning efficiency of students,enhance their learning interest and self-confidence,and improve the quality of classroom teaching of teachers.Finally,it provides theoretical and practical basis for the reform and innovation of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities.
