Mathematics curriculum standards are the teaching guidance documents issued by the Ministry of Education, which stipulate the content of mathematics curriculum learning, guide the direction and vision of mathematics education, highlight the national will and positioning of mathematics education, and serve as the basis for teachers' teaching. The development of mathematics education in minority areas has its particularity,so it is necessary to investigate the implementation of mathematics curriculum standards in minority areas. How does the Eighth Division of XPCC adapt to the “Mathematics curriculum standard in compulsory education(2011 edition)”that is carrying out at present and how should it adapt to the current rapid development of education reform? These are the key issues of curriculum reform and further revision of mathematics curriculum standard. This research draws lessons from the curriculum standards adaptability model and indicators with good general applicability,it compiles the test, questionnaire, interview outline and teacher evaluation that are appropriate to the Eighth Division of XPCC to investigate its adaptability to the mathematics curriculum standard. And the data selected from1050 fifth graders and 18 teachers of mathematics by stratified samplings in the region six different levels of primary school. It is concluded that students' objective adaptability, students' subjective adaptability and teachers' adaptability,on this basis, calculates the adaptability value of the mathematics curriculum standard is 0.736.The results show that: first, the adaptability of elementary schools in the Eighth Division of XPCC to the standard of mathematics curriculum is above the average level.Second, primary school students and teachers of the Eighth Division of XPCC do not adapt to the mathematics curriculum standards partly.Students do not adapt to the mathematics curriculum standards, the initiative of learning is weak, the ability to solve the actual mathematical problems is short; The inadaptability of teachers to the mathematics curriculum standards are manifested in the less systematic training times, the lack of teaching reflection, the teaching method to be optimized, and the effect of carrying out comprehensive practice activities to be improved.Third, the learning objectives of mathematics curriculum standards should be more specific.Combined with the research results, the following suggestions are put forward: strengthen the professional training to intensify teachers' understanding of curriculum standards;Emphasis on autonomous learning and teaching reflection to promote the professional development of teachers;Develop and improve course resources with national features, optimize teachers' teaching effect; To establish a teaching and research platform to improve the quality of teachers;Reform the teaching methods and cultivate the students' creative thinking;Implement the comprehensive and practical teaching that focus on interdisciplinary to develop students' mathematics core literacy. At the same time, this research puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of students, mathematics curriculum standards and textbooks,in order to adapt to the current rapid development of curriculum reform.
