In today's world,international competition is fierce,and the cultivation of talents is the focus of attention of all countries.In the face of economic and technological development and changes,the all-round development of human beings,starting with the cultivation of students' Key Competencies,has become an international consensus.The construction and development of the Key Competencies of students is to "lead morality and foster people".The exploration and practice of Key Competencies in various disciplines has attracted the attention of front line teachers.The Key Competencies goal of chemistry discipline focuses on teaching research,focusing on a certain dimension of chemistry discipline Key Competencies as the training goal.Four cases are designed based on this orientation,and the implementation of the Key Competencies training of chemistry discipline in the process of high school classroom teaching is preliminary explored.This paper is divided into the following three parts.The first part is the introduction.Discuss the definition of Key Competencies concept,research background,research purpose,research significance,international understanding of Key Competencies and domestic understanding of Key Competencies,especially the Key Competencies framework of Chinese students,outline the relevant theories of Key Competencies and cultivate Key Competencies of chemistry discipline Way.The second part is the Key Competencies goal of the chemistry discipline focusing on teaching cases.Case 1: "Chemical Energy and Electricity".Introduce scenarios with "comparison between new and old dry batteries",design a question ladder of "how to convert chemical energy into electrical energy" and "how to make fruit batteries",and carry out scientific investigations.Carry out teaching summary and reflection: create a real situation,develop scientific literacy;focus on "macro and micro integration",cultivate inquiry thinking;focus on energy changes to reflect the STSE teaching philosophy.Case 2: "the nature of ethylene".Use the ball and stick model to establish the ethylene structure,and use experimental phenomena as reasoning evidence to analyze and reason about the model cognition of ethylene oxidation reaction and addition reaction.Carry out teaching summary and reflection: attach importance to intuitive teaching and build structural models;carry out experimental investigations around "structure-nature";pay attention to the application of ethylene and cultivate social responsibility.Case 3: "ion reaction".Through the "Exploration of Electrolyte Solution" and "sodium carbonate solution and clarified lime water mixing experiment",students are guided to establish "macro-micro-characterization" chemical ideas and methods.Carry out teaching summary and reflection: through the combination of "macro-micro",symbolic representation is drawn;problem ladders are designed,and ion concepts are established;based on "ion reaction",it is integrated into subject thinking.Case4: "comprehensive utilization of coal,oil and natural gas".Through learning some simple technological processes,based on the relevant knowledge of organic matter,introduce the comprehensive utilization of coal,oil and natural gas,and carry out teaching.Carry out teaching summary and reflection: focus on resource utilization,cultivate social responsibility;combine technological processes to cultivate scientific spirit;introduce documentary records to enhance discipline recognition.The third part is the conclusion and outlook.Focusing on the cultivation of the Key Competencies of the chemistry discipline,focus on the teaching research in a certain dimension,conduct background analysis to establish the teaching goal,carry out the teaching and reflect on the effect evaluation,and combine the teaching process to make suggestions for the cultivation of the Key Competencies of the chemistry discipline.Looking forward to the research on the Key Competencies practice of chemistry,it covers a wide range and is in the early stage of research.It has a lot of research space and requires more education workers to invest in it.
