This thesis takes the vast vocational school students as the researching object, systematicallyresearches their personality specialty developing characteristics and the way to train it, is dividedin to six chapters as a unity. The first part is the researching background, researching objectivesand researching significant of this context, it pointed out that the problems in training thevocational school students’ active personality is facing3kinds of situations: that is the training ofthe active personality for vocational school students seems more and more important, the presentsituation in training their active personality is not very ideal and the research in Chineseeducational area for personality specialty is originally with defects. This part also pointed out theresearch objectives, which is to analyze the present developing characteristics of the vocationalschool students’ personal specialty while analyzing the objective situation and finding relativeproblems, describing the ponderance and point out the disposals that combines theories and truthstogether to ensure that the vast vocational school students can correctly realize the problems that isexiting in their personality, avoid the errors earlier so as to develop healthily physically andpsychologically.The second part just analyzed the home and abroad researching situation about theactive personality specialty, the writer just compared the relative both in or abroad whiledescribing the origination of the researches toward the personality specialty, its developingprocess and relative consequences in or abroad. Meanwhile the achievements and goodeducational examples are also pointed out in relative areas. At the same time, the writer alsoanalyzed the present researching situation in or abroad. Finally, these parts also pointed out thetheoretical foundation for researching personality, and describe the active personality fromconcept, and try to define it based on relative theories.The third part is the survey part. Firstlyrespectively introduced the present situation of Zhangjiagang Vocational educational center andthe Zhangjiagang Liangfeng Senior school. As the researching objective of this thesis, these twoschools are maintaining typical researching value. The survey is also carried out toward therelative objectives in this school. Under the condition that survey has also been carried out, thewriter just described the overall situation of the vocational school personality specialties, also tomake the foundation for the research of the next chapter.The fourth chapter mainly aims todescribe each kind of problems that exist in vocational school students’ personality, including bad psychological quality, weak in resisting setbacks, isolated individualities, bad relationships, falsesocial and life values and false self acknowledgements. These problems sharply pointed out thebugs and potential dangers that are exist in the personality of vocational school students.In thefifth chapter, the writer just pointed out the disposals to solve the problems that exist in students’personalities, including give more setback education to students, strengthen their psychologicalquality, increase their ability of managing relationships, establish correct life values or to realizethemselves correctly and establish self-confidence. Theses disposals accurately solved theproblems that exist in the whole process of development in vocational school students’ personalityspecialty, is maintaining active practicing significant.The sixth part is the conclusion; the writerjust summarized the above researching achievements, as to list relative bibliographies, and givethe appreciation to the guiders, classmates and friends who have helped him on the scheduling ofthis thesis. At the same time, the survey list is also attached as the appendix in the end of thethesis.
