Everyone should be the first person responsible for their own health.Health is the unity of physical health,mental health and good social adaptation.With the development and progress of society and the advent of the era of artificial intelligence,people’s lifestyles have undergone great changes compared to the past,which has also brought people more health problems.Encountered the impact of the new crown epidemic,the state has issued a series of policy documents on health actions,suggesting that school health education must be included in the national education system,and the adolescent stage is a critical period for a person to choose a healthy lifestyle.Health education in that critical period It is extremely important.Combining the reality of the school,the middle school biology classroom is an indispensable position for young students to receive health education.In particular,the content of the second volume of the seventh grade junior middle school biology textbook is a medium for middle school students to receive health education scientifically and systematically,and for middle school students to understand adolescence.It is of great significance to lay a solid foundation for one’s own health literacy.This research is based on the cultivation of the core literacy of the subject under the new curriculum standards and the characteristics of the subject of biology.Health education is infiltrated into the biology teaching of junior high school,in order to spread basic health knowledge and health skills to students in the critical period of adolescence,so that they can enhance their health.Awareness,correct healthy attitudes,choose healthy lifestyles,and at the same time increase their enthusiasm for learning biology and improve the classroom effect and quality of biology teaching.Through student questionnaire surveys and teacher interviews,analyze the awareness,attitudes and health literacy status of the seventh grade students in Ruoqiang County Middle School on the development of health education,sort out and summarize the permeable health education content in the second-volume biology textbook of the seventh grade and set health Educational goals.Randomly select two parallel classes of grade 7 for health education penetration research,mainly using two teaching strategies of life problem situational and experiential teaching to implement teaching,implement health education penetration teaching for the experimental class,and implement regular teaching for the control class.Finally,the rubric content of the implementation effect of health education,that is,the health literacy test questions is organically integrated into the two interim academic proficiency tests in the second semester of the seventh grade,and the SPSS19.0software is used to conduct independent samples of the two test data of the two classes.The t-test results show that the P values corresponding to the two tests are 0.048 and 0.041 respectively,which are both less than 0.05,indicating that the teaching scores of the experimental class and the control class are significantly different,which can reflect the feasibility and effectiveness of infiltrating health education in biology teaching.The results of this study show that it is effective to infiltrate health education in biology teaching to improve the health literacy of middle school students.Students learn basic health knowledge and health skills while learning human body structure and physiology,which is good for training students.Hygiene habits and the promotion of physical health play an important role in promoting.The teaching process has also stimulated students’ interest in learning biology,cultivated the teaching theories and practical foundations of biology teachers,and at the same time effectively cultivated students’ skills under the advocacy of the new curriculum standards.Disciplinary core literacy.
