Nowadays,methods of teaching physics present a trend of diversification under the background of New Curriculum Reform.At the same time,the visions of students are greatly expanded by implementing experiential teaching.Achieving the goal of improving students' core literacy of physics and strengthening moral education to cultivate people's morality cultivation,with the help of multi-angle,multisensory,short distance observation and multi-faceted participation,multilayer experience.In view of this,this research takes the teaching of the laws of physics in junior high school as the research object,and uses Dewey's educational thoughts,constructivist learning theory,Bruner's discovery education theory,the characteristics of physics and curriculum standards as theoretical tools,We conducted the study through a survey of teachers and students.The result shows that most teachers agree that experiential teaching is useful in the cultivation of students' physics core literacy,but they just know a little about it.Most teachers understand,to teach physics well they need knowledge contents besides the textbook but found it difficult to apply them in actual teaching.Students are interested in physical phenomena and experiments,but they have the fear of difficulty in terms of experimental design,experimental operation,and the scientific method.All these problems affect the teaching of physics laws.Concerning these issues above,we carried out the principle and strategy of applying experimental teaching in the teaching of physics laws.In addition,we designed the basic process of conducting experiential teaching in the teaching of physic laws in middle school,from the perspective of core literacy.The distinguishing feature of this study are as follows.Firstly,based on the teaching principles and the implementation strategy of teaching,we chose physics laws that are relatively harder to understand and easy to be confused.Secondly,we designed three teaching cases to cultivate students' core literacy of physics,and put them into practical teaching activities.They are Newton's First Law inertia,Scientific inertia: Buoyancy,Joule's Law.The result shows that combined with experiential teaching the principles,strategies,and teaching cases in physics law teaching classes can help to cultivate students' physical concept,the ability of scientific thinking,and their scientifically inquiring ability.Paying attention to the cultivation of students' proper scientific concept and social responsibility makes for improving the quality of the teaching of physical laws.Meanwhile,it can help to solve the problems that experiential teaching encountered in middle school physics law classes.we expect this study can help to promote the implementation of experiential teaching in the teaching of physics laws and provide practical reference value for physics law teaching.
