As the leader of education,the disseminator of knowledge,the guide of students,the happiness of teachers is related to the growth of students,the development of schools,and the progress of society.So how happy is the teacher at work? What are the reasons for the lack of professional well-being in teachers? With these questions in mind,the author launched this survey on " professional well-being of primary school teachers".In this study,159 teachers in the Z Primary School of Jiangdu District are the subjects of this study.The purpose of the research is to investigate the current status of teachers 'professional well-being,analyze the reasons that affect teachers' professional well-being,and,in conjunction with the school's specific practices,practically propose strategies to improve the professional well-being of elementary school teachers to provide references for other schools.According to the questionnaire survey of the professional well-being of teachers in Z primary school,the results show that the professional well-being of teachers in Z primary school is generally at the upper middle level.Among them,the happiness in the dimensions of "investment" and "interpersonal relationship" is relatively high,and "meaning" and "achievement" dimensional happiness is relatively rare.Teachers' major demographic factors such as gender,age,education,marriage and childbirth,teaching age,professional title,administrative position,basic salary,whether they teach in the frontline,full-time subjects,whether they are class teachers,or the grade of the bishop have certain influences on the professional well-being of teachers.Influence,among which teachers' "education" and "title",there is a significant difference in the teacher's professional well-being.According to the analysis of the questionnaire data and the results of the interviews,the reasons for the "five elements of happiness" that affect the professional well-being of teachers in Z primary schools are:diversified cross-management reduces teaching enthusiasm,multiple roles cross to increase teacher burden,life care is difficult to meet teacher expectations,lack of platforms leads to limited professional development,excessive social expectations cause pressure,leadership authority is separated from superiors and subordinates,substantial evaluation and recognition degree is missing.In response to the reasons for the lack of professional well-being of teachers in Z Elementary School,Z Elementary School has adopted corresponding promotion strategies around the "five elements of happiness",which mainly include: using multiple incentives to increase the enthusiasm of teachers for work;streamlining and coordinating teachers' teaching affairs to ensure teacher teaching Input;implement the talent training plan to help teachers' professional development;recognize the professional value of teachers and promote the social customs of "respecting teachers";give teachers humane care and create a harmonious family;rely on student achievements and parental affirmation to experience professional achievements.
