Social Work Intervention Research On Vocational Training Of Female Domestic Workers

With the development of the aging population and the implementation of the two-child policy,as well as the increasing work pressure,the demand for female domestic workers is increasing,and the service level is constantly improving.Traditional household work has been dubbed the "low skills and feminine" label,housekeeping worker mount guard after the actual service levels and the social demand is still a gap.Vocational skills training is the main way to help female domestic workers enter the domestic industry,improve their professional skills and learn professional ethics.This paper takes the project of " Women's Innovative Employment " as an example to explore and study the practical process,advantages,problems and promotion paths of social work's involvement in the vocational training of female domestic workers.The practical process of social work intervening in the vocational training of female domestic workers is divided into three stages: project design,group intervention and benefit summary.Firstly,the project design is carried out based on the occupational ability improvement,occupational qualification acquisition and occupational dispute resolution needs of female domestic workers,and the training instructors are selected,the training content is determined and the training management system is formulated.Secondly,social workers learned about the problems in the training process by summarizing the previous training experience,observing and interviewing,and designed four group activities for group intervention to ensure the training effect and service quality.Finally,in order to sum up the project experience and improve the service quality of the project,the benefits are summarized according to the satisfaction of the service objects and the completion of the project objectives.Based on the study of the practical process of social work involvement in the vocational training of female domestic workers,the advantages and problems of social work involvement in the vocational training of female domestic workers,and proposes ways to improve the existing problems are summarized.Through the above analysis,the problems of social work intervention in domestic worker vocational training from funding to evaluation process on the one hand is the result of the insufficient ability of social work institutions themselves,but more importantly related to the coordination problems among main body and policy resources,therefore,make up for the inadequacy of the social work intervention ability not only needs to raise social work institutions themselves,More importantly,we should start from promoting the coordination of relevant subjects and policies to improve the service quality of the project.
