Overall a downward trend in recent years,juvenile crime,thanks to the joint efforts of the parties,but the number of juvenile delinquency in the proportion of the total number of criminal offenses are still high,and the department of justice bureau of prisons,according to statistics from the early 90 s,in a short period of time to the crime rate is on the rise,Juveniles are the majority of those who re-commit crimes,which needs the attention of all sectors of society.Adolescent self-restraint ability is insufficient,easy to blindly follow the crowd and act on impulse,at the same time,teenagers' cognitive concept,behavior pattern and other plasticity is also relatively large,do a good job of crime and wrong adolescents critical prevention work is the current youth work needs to pay special attention to the problem.Social work is an activity that adheres to the principle of helping others to help themselves and uses scientific theories and professional methods to help others.As one of the methods of social work,case work advocates to solve the difficulties for the clients in an individualized way,which is consistent with the concept of the critical prevention work for delinquent adolescents.Therefore,Case work has a strong applicability in helping juvenile delinquents to change their wrong ideas,improve their sense of self-identity,correct deviant behaviors,and enhance their legal awareness.Of this study was to explore the offence in judicial department youth conditional not to Sue system background,critical prevention offence teenagers as the research content,in rational emotion and satya family therapy treatment mode,under the support of tentatively to apply case work,by analyzing the problems existing in the offence youth groups and the reasons,This paper introduces the necessity and feasibility of the case work to intervene in the critical prevention of delinquent teenagers.The author takes the delinquent teenager Xiao A as the client,and through several steps,such as collecting data directly and indirectly,making A plan that meets the needs of the client,implementing the specific intervention plan,and evaluating the process and result of the case work.Detail case work involved in offence teenagers critical prevention practice process,finally,in-depth analysis of case work in intervention of external pressure and workers lack of capacity and puts forward some specific countermeasures according to these problems,for critical case work in offence teenagers prevention work of related research and practice accumulated some experience.
