For a long time,teaching has always been a highly desirable profession.The professional attractiveness of teachers is the inherent professional charm that motivates in-service teachers to teach and job seekers to choose teachers.This is the driving force for the teacher industry to always maintain vitality and vitality.The teacher of the course"Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high school has a significant responsibility and a glorious mission,undertaking the important part of moral and legal education in China’s education work,as well as the heavy burden of ideological and political education in China’s basic education.This article takes C city in J province as a case study.City C in J Province is a strong manufacturing city with a large number of migrant populations.With the increasing openness of urbanization,more and more parents are working in cities.In order to strengthen their children’s education,these parents usually bring their children into the city for education,which leads to a relatively small number of students in rural schools.In order to avoid wastage of teaching staff,some schools are about to face downsizing.In addition,young teachers nowadays tend to teach in schools in big cities for better development,and only some elderly male teachers are willing to stay in weak schools for teaching.This has led to even greater problems in the gender ratio distribution of teaching staff in schools in these regions,where there are already few male teachers.In a word,from the current research,one of the important factors of the imbalance of teachers’ gender ratio is the low social status and low salary.It can be seen that in order to avoid such problems as far as possible,we should start with the fundamental policy of enrollment management and effectively solve the problem of gender imbalance of normal school students from the root;Secondly,it is necessary to clarify the career plans and future aspirations of normal school students,provide certain policy preferences,and mobilize their enthusiasm for work and learning;Finally,starting from the school itself,targeted guidance and guidance should be provided during the course of learning,so that outstanding young men can voluntarily stay in high school for teaching after graduation.There are two main reasons for the shortage of male teachers:firstly,due to social status and salary benefits,and secondly,due to personal career development.In order to fundamentally solve these problems,this article will propose several constructive suggestions.
