In 2016,the "Core Competence of Chinese Student Development" report put forward by the state focused on the cultivation of "all-rounded people",which was divided into 3 aspects,6 qualities,and 18 basic points.Among them,"self-management" is included in the literacy of healthy life.Cultivating the core literacy of students is a new task put forward by the party and the country to grassroots education in the new era,at the same time,this has become the main way to achieve the fundamental goal of "Leading morality and cultivating people" in the field of education in Beijing in the new era.Independent development emphasizes the ability to effectively manage one's own learning and life,recognize and discover self-worth,explore one's own potential,effectively deal with the complex and changeable environment,and develop into a person with a clear life direction and quality of life.Self-management refers to the ability to correctly recognize and evaluate oneself,determine the appropriate evolution trend based on its own characteristics and potential,realize the effective allocation and application of energy and time,and obtain the ability to continue working in the established direction.Class self-management happens to be an important way to cultivate students'self-development and self-management literacy.In this study,a sample of 380 students were selected from the upper grades of Y Primary School in Yanji City,using questionnaire surveys;8 school leaders,12 head teachers,and interviews were used to understand the status of self-management of the upper grades of Y Primary School in Yanji City,and analyze the existence The problem and cause of the problem,and then put forward countermeasure suggestions to improvethe democratized management activities launched by a primary school in Yanji City.Reveal the actual situation of the democratic governance of the students in the school,the problems they face,and analyze the influencing factors,the following research conclusions are drawn:First,there is a problem that the consciousness of class self-management is not strong enough in the senior class self-management of Y primary school in Yanji City;It is difficult for senior classes in primary schools to consciously abide by discipline,and the learning effect is poor;The problem of imperfect class self-management system in the senior grade of primary school;The problem of single way of autonomous management of senior classes in primary school;The formalization of the evaluation mechanism of autonomous management of senior classes in primary school.Second,the reasons for the autonomous management of senior classes in Yanji y primary school are the traditional management concept of school leaders and the imperfection of the relevant system of class management;The causes of self-management of head teachers in senior classes of Y primary school in Yanji city are the lack of theoretical knowledge of head teachers' class self-management,the lack of relevant ability of head teachers' class self-management,and the lack of positive attitude of head teachers' class self-management.According to the conclusions of the study,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:First,renew the management concept of school leaders and improve the development direction of class independent management;Second,optimize the school teacher training system and promote the effect of class self-management;Third,strengthen the theoretical knowledge and ability of class teachers'independent management,and promote the implementation of class independent management;Fourth,improve the attitude of head teachers' independent management and improve the enthusiasm of head teachers' independent management.
