The primary school stage is the most important part of the basic education stage in China,which plays an extremely important role in the growth and development of students.Especially for senior students,the students' physical and mental development is rapid and they are constantly changing from childish to mature.New curriculum concept emphasizes the students'autonomous learning and self-management,the elementary school higher grades class autonomous management is to take the student as the main body,in student participation,exercise,and feeling way,under the certain rules,in order to enhance students' subject consciousness and management ability,for the purpose of improving students' quality and improve class management effectiveness for the purpose of planning,managing activities of self-regulation and self evaluation.The autonomous management of senior class in primary school can enable students to face up to their role status in the class,promote students'self-growth,and promote students' self-education.This study takes the independent management practice of senior students in Y primary school in Yangzhou city as an example.Based on the extensive collection and combing of relevant research results at home and abroad,this study uses the literature method,interview method and case analysis method to carry out research.Six measures are mainly adopted for the autonomous management of senior class in Y primary school of Yangzhou city.First,the class activities should be independently self-planned;Second,the class teacher effectively guides the students' independent management;Third,teachers and students reach a democratic class convention;Fourth,the democratic selection and management of class cadres are limited;Fifth,carry out various forms of autonomous activities of the class;Sixth,self-evaluation of the effect of autonomous activity in class.On the basis of reflecting on the above practice measures,the following problems are found in the autonomous management of senior class in primary school.First,the content of the independent management plan of the class lacks comprehensiveness.;Second,there is a lack of systematicness in the activities of the head teacher to guide independent management;Third,the class democratic convention is "ideal type of teacher";Fourth,class cadre's election and management is limited;Fifth,the way of autonomous activity of class and grade needs to be optimized.Sixth,self-evaluation is not scientific enough.The reasons for the problems are as follows:first,students have strong attachment;Second,the head teacher lacks the correct guidance to the class independent management;Third,the school lacks process evaluation on the work of the head teacher.In view of the existing problems in the autonomous management of primary school classes,the improvement measures are as follows:first,the implementation of the autonomous management plan of class and class should be taught in accordance with their aptitude;Second,the content of the activity should be comprehensive.Third,strengthen the freedom and independence of the class cadres' independent management;Fourth,improve the independent development effect of theme activities;Fifth,seek for scientific and reasonable multi-evaluation system and constantly improve and perfect the independent activities of primary school.
