With the continuous development of society,the curriculum reform in the education field is in full swing.The "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(Experiment)" published in 2003 has guided the mathematics teaching work in the ten years after publication.It was not until 2013 that the Ministry of Education initiated the revision of high school curricula and the "General High School Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2017)" was officially promulgated after 4 years of research.As an important tool for education implementation and the most direct embodiment of the concepts and requirements of curriculum standards,textbooks need to be adjusted continuously under the promotion of curriculum reform.In order to grasp the changes of new textbooks in time,the "General High School Curriculum Standard Experimental Textbook·Mathematics Compulsory 3"(Required A version)(Hereinafter referred to as the new textbooks)and "General High School Textbook·Mathematics Compulsory Volume 2"(A version)(Hereinafter referred to as the old textbooks)are chosen to be the research object of this study and a comparative analysis of the "Statistics and Probability" part of these two editions is carried out.The main method used in this article is literature research method,comparative research method,survey method and statistical analysis method to make comparative study on the relevant content of the new and old textbooks of senior high school mathematics teaching A edition.Firstly,the research are consulted to learn about the textbooks used in different countries and different regions,the difference between the old and new of the same publication.And I learn some excellent ideas and methods involved in related comparative studies by former scholars,so as to provide certain ideas and theoretical guidance for this research.Then with the purpose of grasping the new curriculum standard in the course objectives,basic concepts,statistics and probability part of the framework structure and knowledge depth and breadth of the change.In this context,this paper makes comparative analysis of the content selection,content structure,arrangement order,column setting,knowledge point arrangement and exercise examples of the A edition of senior high school mathematics statistics and probability,summarizes the similarities and differences between the two editions,and concludes the compilation advantages of the new edition.Besides with the help of a questionnaire survey of teachers and students,this research deepens the comparative analysis of statistics and probability in the new and old textbooks;Finally,conclusions are drawn based on this study,and some practical suggestions are put forward for the revision of textbooks and practical teaching.The comparative study of textbooks based on curriculum standards found that the target requirements of the new curriculum standards have changed from "double bases" to "four bases",from "knowledge-based" to "literacy-based",and from "three-dimensional goals" to "the core literacy of the subject".In this context: The new version of the textbook in the statistics and probability part strengthens the basis of knowledge content,the balance of knowledge difficulty,and the systematicness of content structure.In addition,the new version of the textbook pays more attention to generate knowledge,integrate statistical software with knowledge content,and cultivate "core literacy" in mathematics.Therefore,we must pay attention to the systematicness of content,enhance the connection between content and life,strengthen the integration of knowledge points and information technology,and realize the synchronization of teaching evaluation reforms and teaching evaluation reform.In teaching,we should carefully study the new curriculum standard,fully grasp the content of textbooks,organize and carry out mathematical activities,focus on core literacy,and increase the application of mathematical software.The reform of mathematics curriculum is a process of historical and continuous improvement,which requires many to explore one after another,and the textbook also need to be further revised and optimized.Although there will always be some shortcomings in the comparative study of the two editions of textbooks due to various constraints,I still hope that this article can have a certain reference value for the reform of textbooks and teaching.
