Research On The Management Of Primary School Research Travel Courses

As the quality education reform in China deepens faster,study travel has served as an effective measure to enhance students' comprehensive quality in the current times.Students can get closer to the nature,inherit cultural spirits and taste the charm of science and technology by participating in study activities.In this way,such kind of travel courses are different from the traditional teaching mode in classroom.To carry out those travel curriculum in elementary education,the design,management and supervision of the curriculum should be strengthened when faced with those primary school students who lack corresponding safety awareness,poor autonomy and immature.This paper investigates the students,teachers and parents of two primary schools,as well as the relevant management staff of two study travel bases in Q City,S Province,and analyzes the survey results based on the searching data.This paper combs the problems existing in the curriculum management and activities of primary school study travel in schools,study travel bases and educational administrative departments.Problems on the school side include the imperfect curriculum management system,unclear study travel theme,imperfect curriculum evaluation system,unclear teachers' responsibilities,etc.;problems in the study travel base are the lack of supervision on the quality of study travel courses and the lack of innovation in the design of study travel courses;problems in the top-level design of study travel courses include insufficient fund guarantee of study travel courses,lack of safety guarantee of study travel courses,lack of linkage and joint construction of study travel management,etc..Aiming at the problem illustrated above,this paper also puts forward that schools,study travel bases and the administration department should improve the research and learning curriculum management system and formulate the evaluation mechanism of the curriculum;excavate excellent course resources and strengthen the management ability of those courses;strengthen the top-level design of curriculum management,and make optimization strategies and suggestions in terms of safety and fund guarantee with the purpose of promoting the construction and management level of research travel curriculum in primary schools,and thus give play to its educational effect.
