Research On Social Work Intervention In Urban Community Sports Service Under The Regional Development Mode

In the atmosphere of Beijing Winter Olympics and "Love Chengdu,Welcome the Universiade",the atmosphere of S community sports in Yidu District of Chengdu is becoming more and more intense.In the past two years,the appearance of S community has been greatly improved.A new gymnasium has been built in S community,more than 20 kilometers of green road has been added in S community,community sports activities are held regularly in the community,and the community is full of sports breath.Taking S community sports construction in Yidu District of Chengdu as an example,this paper analyzes the path of community sports construction and the service methods of social workers from the perspective of regional development mode,in order to sum up the practical experience of community sports construction under the regional development mode.Based on the current situation of social workers' participation in S community sports service in Chengdu,this study adopts literature analysis,on-the-spot interview,case study,questionnaire survey and other research methods to apply the relevant theories and methods of regional development mode to S community sports service,so as to summarize the basic steps of social work intervention in S community sports service under the regional development mode: 1.Visiting the community,understanding the community situation and collecting the residents' needs;2.Sorting out community resources and digging the available resources;3.Determining the service objectives according to the community situation;4.Formulating service plans according to the residents' needs and community resources;5.Carrying out community activities and promoting the achievement of service objectives;6.Project evaluation and forming the practical experience of community sports construction.It provides reference for the related service of social work in the future.This study suggests that the development of community sports is a step-by-step process.The suggestions are: 1.Respect community self-determination and develop sustainable social work services;2.Enhance the professional level of social work team;3.Attach importance to the publicity of community sports theory;4.Attach importance to the cultivation of community sports instructors.
