Research On The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations Under The Regional Development Mode

With the introduction of national policies and the development of urbanization,the influence of community social organizations has gradually expanded.Under the background of the sinking focus of social governance,the community,the smallest unit of grass-roots governance,plays a role in mobilizing the masses to actively participate in community governance.Community social organizations assume the responsibility of building community communities and are an important carrier of community governance in China.In order to innovate social governance,realize socialist modernization,promote the healthy and orderly development of grass-roots communities,and release the energy of community social organizations,China attaches great importance to the cultivation and construction of community social organizations.Community work focuses on working from the perspective of the whole community.It has the widest service range among the three working methods of social work and is widely used in the professional practice of social work.Regional development model is one of the methods of community work.It takes the characteristics of different regions as the starting point.This study combines the theoretical characteristics of regional development model,summarizes the general analysis framework,and explores a road of organization cultivation and development,in order to extract general experience.Using the methods of unstructured interview and questionnaire survey,taking the regional development model as the analytical perspective,combined with the practical experience in Qingdao h community,through the research and analysis of the cultivation process of social organizations in H community,this paper uses the professional methods of social work to cultivate the social organizations in H community,evaluates the cultivation results,and summarizes the cultivation path of community social organizations under the regional development model.With the help of the analytical framework of regional development model,through practical research,this paper believes that social workers cultivate community social organizations mainly from three aspects:first,take residents’ needs as the fundamental foothold,and always pay attention to the development and changes of residents’ needs;Second,pay attention to the training of community talents,find and cultivate community leaders,and provide necessary talent reserves for the development of community social organizations;Third,link and integrate community resources,revitalize the existing resources of the organization,and provide strong financial and human resources support for the development of community social organizations.In general,in the process of cultivating community social organizations,social workers should keep in mind the development concept of "helping people and helping themselves",emphasize the realization of process objectives,take the development of organization members as the key point,actively guide community residents to participate widely,emphasize the cultivation of members’ ability,promote the development of community organizations through cultivating members’ consciousness and initiative,and then re plan and integrate the community,Promote the development and construction of the community.
