Responsibility has always been the noble character pursued by countless people with lofty ideals since ancient times.2021 is the Centennial birthday of the Communist Party of China,in the speech at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China,Xi general secretary put forward the ardent expectation of "knowing the responsibility in the heart,bearing the responsibility in the body,knowing the difficulty and bearing the burden,and being more brave with more setbacks" to the majority of young people in the new era.Teenagers are the hope of the motherland,and their responsibilities determine the future of the motherland.Therefore,today,with the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people as education,the responsibility education in junior middle school plays an important role in the whole moral education system.As the main subject of moral education in junior middle school,the course of morality and rule of law plays a main role in responsibility education.But now,there are still some problems in responsibility education,such as insufficient attention,weak educational atmosphere and weak students' sense of responsibility,which have not achieved the ideal effect.Based on this,according to the Curriculum standard for morality and rule of law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)and the implementation outline of citizen moral construction in the new era,in order to improve the teaching quality of responsibility education in the course of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school,this paper uses the methods of literature research and questionnaire to study the responsibility education in the course of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school.In this study,the author first defines the relevant concepts,analyzes the necessity of implementing responsibility education in the curriculum of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school,and excavates the content clues of responsibility education in the textbook of morality and the rule of law in junior middle school.Secondly,I went deep into the front line of teaching,conducted a questionnaire survey related to responsibility education in two junior middle schools,investigated the current situation of responsibility education in the curriculum of morality and the rule of law in junior middle schools,and analyzed its existing problems and causes.Finally,it puts forward the implementation countermeasures and paths to optimize the responsibility education in the course of morality and rule of law in junior middle school from three perspectives:the preconditions,teaching strategies and extracurricular expansion.
