A Study Of Case Work On Improving Interpersonal Ability Of Children Of Migrant Workers

The migrant workers are new terms that have emerged along with the development of reform and opening and socialist construction.They are new groups that have emerging with the acceleration of China's industrialization and urbanization processes and the huge demand for labor resources.Large-scale migrant workers began to flock to cities,including a large number of school-age children and adolescents in compulsory education.There are many difficulties for the children and teenagers to adapt to urban life,carry out communication and interaction,promote their own development.Due to the lack of relative satisfaction with the current situation,they are more strongly felt city discrimination and exclusion to them,which leads to their incorrect self-identity and inferiority in the process of interpersonal communication,or form of social discontent,these will interweave each other,work together in their relationships with peer groups.This paper takes K,who has poor interpersonal skills,as the service object.According to the relevant literature and the use of questionnaire survey,scale method and interview method,the status and reasons of the interpersonal communication ability of migrant workers in the city are obtained.Using casework method to intervene the interpersonal competence of the children of migrant workers.In this case counseling process,through professional methods,the client enhance the willingness to communicate,enhance the communicative action and adaptability of the communication environment,improve the level of communication and communication skills,give support and encouragement to the case,and help the client to improve interpersonal skills.This study on the interpersonal communication ability of children of migrant workers enhanced the confidence of the case subjects,strengthened the communication between the case subjects' peer groups,and improved the inappropriate interaction mode between the case subjects' peer groups.Through the specific implementation of the intervention of the research object,the paper draws a conclusion on the interpersonal competence of the children of migrant workers,and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions.The innovation of this thesis is that the research object is the children of migrant workers in the city,the previous research on the literature is the migrant workers.Using the method of case social work,the practical process has individual characteristics.The shortcoming is mainly because the author started the case service independently for the first time,and the professional skills and service content still need to be improved.
