In the form of arrangement,the history textbook of Senior High School is mainly composed of two parts,that is,the text content and the auxiliary content,and the column of “ Reading historical materials ”belongs to the auxiliary content,for students to read and analyze,play a role in explaining the text,expanding knowledge,deepening understanding,highlighting the important position of the core literacy of history in senior high school.The core quality of the subject is an important embodiment of the value of the subject in educating people,and it also puts forward new requirements for the history teaching in middle schools,at the same time,the professional quality,teaching method and educational idea of the history teachers themselves also need to keep pace with the times.Chinese and foreign history outline(I)is a large and complicated text,and its contents are arranged on the basis of students’ acquired knowledge in junior middle school,breaking the boundaries of politics,economy and culture,and increasing the concluding contents The special column named“Reading of historical materials” in the system arrangement not only presents historical materials,but also emphasizes reading,which further promotes the position of historical materials in history teaching in middle schools.“ Reading historical materials ” are all written historical materials,the selection of types is diverse,the selection of content fully reflects the content and requirements of the new curriculum standards,with authenticity,classicality and openness,in line with the integrity of textbook preparation.At the same time,the use of written historical materials is one of the most frequently used forms in the teaching process,which helps students to deepen their understanding of important historical events,therefore,it is of far-reaching significance to form one’s own understanding of historical facts,to enhance one’s interest in history,to train one’s ability to analyze and understand historical problems,and to further promote the teaching of historical materials.At present,the new curriculum reform and the reform of the college entrance examination have become the general trend and are being pushed forward continuously.Judging from the proposition of the history test questions of the college entrance examination,the contents of historical materials have increased,the scope of material selection is very extensive,and the proportion of historical materials has been increasing,the ability of reading and analyzing the historical information has been examined clearly,and the requirement for the examinee’s ability is higher and higher.In the practice of daily history teaching,students often do not know how to read and analyze historical materials,especially written historical materials.Therefore,no matter from the characteristics of history,or the actual use of new textbooks,historical materials are particularly important,to really understand the history must be inseparable from historical materials.“Outline of Chinese and foreign history(I)” in 2019 began to test teaching in some regions,the full implementation of 2022,a short time,there is a larger space for research,how to use the column of“Reading historical materials” in history class needs further study.The teaching of historical materials is a kind of teaching mode which takes the students as the main body,fully reflects the characteristics of the history subject and is beneficial to the history classroom teaching,in the actual operation process often appears a series of problems,such as pre-class teachers and students in the actual conflict between class,teaching effect is also uneven.Taking the outline of Chinese and foreign history(I)as an example,through the research on the effective application of the column“Reading of historical materials” in the history teaching of senior high school,this paper not only contributes to the perfection of history teaching,but also puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of history teaching,through the guidance to students in the study of history,help students to read historical materials under the guidance of questions,reading historical materials,so as to improve students’ ability to read historical materials,and to gradually form their own discourse system;And promote the relevant theoretical research,making the use of historical materials teaching more specific and systematic.From the perspective of history teaching in senior high school,this paper analyzes the column“Reading of historical materials” in“Outline of Chinese and foreign history(Part One)” and the basic situation of its teaching application,this paper explores the value of“Reading historical materials ” in classroom teaching,and puts forward some views on the interpretation of historical materials and the direction and method of teaching application,which can provide some help for teachers in using new teaching materials,it provides an effective way to implement the core literacy of history discipline.
