The development of children and adolescents moral, intellectual and physical get the recognition by the whole society, however, because of the influence by the traditional examination-oriented education, the bottlenecks encountered in the implementation of physical education in our primary and secondary, especially using transition rates as the sole assessment standard, for school leaders, so that school leaders can not attach importance to physical education curriculum in the normal development of primary and secondary schools, a serious impact on our young children's physical and health conditions. If we can confirm the relevant participation in sports activities and cultural classes to promote student learning, is bound to improve the conduct of physical education in primary and secondary cases.SPARK Physical Education of United States can promote physical activity of students, classroom activities effectively so that student activities level can achieve 50%, it has an important role in promoting and improving the physical health of young people.The author firstly does a summary study of student academic achievement factors, the relationship between physical activity and academic performance of students, the relationship between the United States SPARK PE curriculum, physical fitness and academic performance, based on collecting a large number of books and literature about the relationship between sports activities and student academic achievement. By experiment, analyze the experimental school sports scores between the various grades and academic performance of students, looking for relevance, and in two classes of primary schools for total of 45 students teaching American SPARK, through the before and after of each semester, contrast the sports scores and the academic performance, to verify the affection of the United States SPARK on academic performance.The following conclusions are drawn based on the experimental research:1. Sports can promote the development of student intellectual and non-intellectual, and improve student learning, emotional state, thereby enhance the academic performance of students. 2. High-class physical fitness scores, academic achievement is relatively high, indicating that physical performance is associated with the academic performance of students.3. More progress in class physical performance, academic progress abound.4. After the implementation of the United States SPARK, English and Chinese grades in experimental class improve significantly; They have positive correlation with fitness scores.5. Experiment can promote physical fitness scores for boys in experimental class remarkably, it can promote English and Chinese scores which are languages study for girls significantly.
