A Study On The Current Situation Of Physical Education Teaching In The Central Elementary School Of Laoxian Town Of Ankang In The New Era

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,the development of elementary school physical education is receiving more and more attention.With the implementation of the "Guideline for Teaching Reform of Physical Education and Health" and "Curriculum Standards for Physical Education and Health in Compulsory Education",elementary school physical education teaching is being reformed,with more emphasis on the needs of the student body and the cultivation of the core literacy of the subject,and the teaching method has been changed from the traditional teaching of technology to the four-in-one teaching mode of large-unit teaching and learning,practicing,and evaluating,providing a more scientific and better teaching system and educational concept for the development of students’ comprehensive quality of physical education.It provides a more scientific and perfect teaching system and education concept for the development of students’ comprehensive quality.In this paper,we analyze the problems of physical education teaching in elementary school in Laoxian Town Center and put forward corresponding optimized countermeasures through the investigation of the current situation.These countermeasures aim to provide practical reform initiatives for the development of school physical education teaching at the compulsory education level in Shaanxi Province,and provide a certain theoretical reference basis for the development of school physical education teaching in Shaanxi Province.This study is based on the literature method,fieldwork method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical and statistical method and logical analysis method.The combined use of these methods ensures the objectivity and reliability of this paper’s investigation and research.Analysis of the current situation and problems of physical education in the central elementary school of the old county town in the new era leads to the following conclusions:(1)physical education teachers: for the basic situation of the old county town center elementary school,I found that most of the teachers are bachelor’s degree,and the title is mainly first-class,second-class,the teacher’s scientific research ability is not strong;physical education teachers in the age structure is not obvious stratification phenomenon,should focus on considering ways to attract young talent.(2)Classroom teaching: Old County Town Center Primary School in the development of physical education,the school opened enough to open the physical education class,the opening of the special project physical education class time,there is no occupancy phenomenon,the theory class time to be strengthened.Physical education content,teaching methods,teaching organization form according to the school’s physical education syllabus combined with physical education materials targeted selection;physical education evaluation Lao County Town Center Primary School focus on the process of student evaluation,in the summative evaluation of students lack of comprehensive evaluation.(3)Students’ feedback on physical education: students’ motivation for learning physical education and the function of physical education are not comprehensive enough generally like physical education classes,lack of objectivity in the evaluation of physical education teachers is relatively one-sided,the way to obtain physical education knowledge is mainly obtained through physical education learning in and out of school,and communication with physical education teachers is not active enough.(4)School leaders attach importance to physical education: The school leaders of Laoxian Town Center Primary School support the development of school physical education at a high level and set up special funds for the development of school physical education activities.The school has a rich variety of sports activities in each school year,a relatively complete plan for the development of school sports every year,strong support for the professional skills training of physical education teachers and the establishment of special funds for the development of school sports multi-activity.(5)Sports facilities: Laoxian Town Central Primary School has invested in new high precision sports facilities with a complete range of equipment and a full-time manager in the sports equipment room,which can meet the needs of teachers and students in physical education,but there is a lack of venues for certain sports,and there are certain safety hazards for students in certain sports exercises.(6)Extracurricular sports activities: Sunshine sports activities are carried out in a variety of forms,but the form of sports recess is too single,mainly martial arts exercises,should vigorously carry out a variety of recess activities;to ensure that students "exercise no less than one hour a day" a number of initiatives can be implemented.
