The concept of empathy was first mentioned in the field of art,and then applied in the field of psychology,which is an ability that people gradually grasp in the process of socialization.The promulgation of new curriculum standards and the use of new teaching materials prompt teachers to change traditional teaching methods.Teachers should not only train students’ knowledge and skills,but also cultivate students’ core literacy.How to guide students into the text and turn reading experience into life experience,I try to introduce the theory of empathy in psychology into Chinese reading teaching in senior high school.In the classroom of Chinese reading teaching,teachers,students and works constitute the classroom together,and empathy is the medium connecting the three elements.Students can grow up only when they share sadness and happiness with the characters in their works,teachers can teach their reading comprehension to students only when they have thoroughly understood the text,and students can no longer be confined to individual self-awareness but broaden their spiritual world only when they truly resonate with teachers.The goal of reading teaching is to educate students,so that they can realize what the sages thought in different situations,and thus become the self-restraint of their own lives.Therefore,it is an active attempt to analyze the current situation of mutual affection in reading teaching and explore valuable strategies from the perspective of "double innovation".I will study empathy in reading teaching from the following three parts:First of all,I will trace the source of the definition of empathy.Only by clarifying the evolution of empathy can we form a certain theoretical basis for studying empathy in reading teaching.With a certain theoretical basis,I will explain the embodiment of empathy in reading teaching,which can be divided into teacher-text empathy,student-text empathy,teacher-student empathy and student-student empathy.Empathy in reading teaching crosses boundaries and elements,and forms a field in multilateral empathy.In addition,I will clarify the situational and orientation characteristics of reading teaching,and explore the value of these two characteristics,which can promote the classroom that promotes trust,interaction and development,promote students’ independent and rational thinking,and drive teachers’ professional growth.Secondly,I combine theory with practice,distribute survey papers,find out the situation of teachers’ and students’ mutual affection in reading teaching,and analyze the reasons for the lack.Students can’t really empathize because of age and gender differences,students of different ages and genders have different feelings perception,and they are at the age of the strongest individual self-awareness,which leads to the lack of empathy.In addition,students don’t take the initiative to empathize,and they are afraid of teachers’ majesty and have stereotypes in the cognition of things.The reason why teachers can’t really empathize is that they don’t observe the details of the classroom.Because of the class teaching system,teachers may not observe the changes of every student’s words and expressions and analyze the emotions behind them.In addition,new teachers may lack communication experience,and often declare their positions blindly,failing to control the rhythm and atmosphere of dialogue.Finally,according to the problem of lack of empathy analyzed in the third chapter,I will put forward effective strategies to improve the quality of empathy in reading.First,create valuable situations,help students to be immersive in the process of completing situational tasks,and connect their learned knowledge with situations,and finally solve problems.The second is to design comparative reading skillfully,to help students deepen their understanding of the text in horizontal or vertical connection,and to grasp the reading method of reading a kind of text by reading an article,so as to achieve deeper empathy.The third is to encourage cooperative learning,completing a learning task through division of labor and cooperation,so as to stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,form a good learning atmosphere and cultivate students’cooperative music group spirit...
