In recent years,under the influence of the international trend of teachers' professional development,China pays more and more attention to teachers' professional ability,and formulates and promulgates professional standards for kindergarten and primary and secondary school teachers with the basic concept of "ability first",and the related research is gradually enriched.However,through literature search,researchers found that there are very few studies on 0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers and their professional competence in China,the state has not promulgated professional standards for 0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers,and the public does not have a clear understanding of the professionalism and professional competence of 0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers,which,to a certain extent,hinder the long-term,high-quality and stable development of China's kindergarten services.Therefore,this study takes the 0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers as the research object,takes the professional ability of 0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers as the research content,and takes the literature method and Delphi expert consultation method as the research methods.Firstly,by combing and analyzing the theory and policy documents related to the professional ability of kindergarten teachers,on the premise of making it clear that the kindergarten teachers are professionals,this paper puts forward some suggestions,Summarize and summarize the professional ability that the teachers should have;Secondly,under the guidance of the principles of goal consistency,scientificity and systematization,the "0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers' professional ability index system" was initially constructed.Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the index system was improved and revised by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods.Finally,there were 6 first level indicators,16 second level indicators There are 47 three-level indicators of "professional ability of 0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers";Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the "0-3-year-old kindergarten teachers' professional competence index system" and give full play to its role of reference,reference and guidance,based on international experience,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: professional status,pre service training and post service training of kindergarten teachers,hoping to provide reference for improving the professional competence of kindergarten teachers in China,To promote the development of our country's nurseries and make some contribution.
