The education management department attaches great importance to the development of teachers' professional quality,and strengthens the training and construction of teachers' practitioners to improve the quality of teaching in China.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific,rigorous and targeted competency index system for priamary school PE teacher can provide a theoretical basis for recruitment,training,assessment and evaluation,and to provide guidance for the professional development of teachers.It is of great significance to promote the overall development of the comprehensive quality and professional quality for primary school physical teachers,and ultimately achieve the development of primary school physical education.The purpose of this article is to construct the competency index model of primary school physical education teachers in Guangzhou with literature method,survey method,Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,determine the competency index weights and test the indicators and analyze the influencing factors.The research has constructed a three-level indicator system,with a total of 4first-level dimensional indicators,10 second-level dimensional indicators and 38three-level dimensional indicators.The weights of the first-level indicators are ranked as professional accomplishment(0.326)>teaching ability(0.285)>professional values??(0.197)>personal quality(0.192);the weights of the second-level indicators are ranked as professional knowledge and skills(0.122)>teaching facilities(0.117)>Education Theory(0.111)> Teaching Innovation Ability(0.108)> Professional Ethics(0.102)? Teaching Reflection Ability(0.102)> Personal Ability(0.096)> Professional Attitude(0.085)> Teaching and Research Ability(0.081)> Personal Goal(0.076);Practice test analysis results show that the overall Alpha coefficient of the scale is0.896,and the Alpha coefficients of 10 second-level competency indicators are in the0.8-0.9 interval.The overall scale and each dimension of the scale have good reliability;10 subscales The interval distribution of the correlation coefficient with the total scale is 0.7-0.9;the distribution range of the correlation coefficient between the subscales is 0.5-0.9;the scale has good structural validity.The one-way analysis of variance method is used to analyze the differences in the characteristics of the ten secondary indicators of teacher competence in terms of gender,teaching age and professional title.The conclusion shows:1.Female teachers' scores on the three indicators of "teaching theory","teaching implementation ability" and "teaching and scientific research ability" will be relatively higher than that of male teachers,and female teachers will be better than male teachers in mastering theories;2.Teachers with more than 15 years of service have lower scores on the three indicators of "teaching innovation ability","teaching research ability" and "personal goals" than teachers with less than 15 years of service and show differences,teachers with more than 15 years of service Show a certain state of job sluggishness,set personal goals relatively loosely,and have a reduced passion for innovation in teaching;3.Teachers with junior professional titles are different from teachers with intermediate and senior titles in the three indicators of "professional knowledge and skills","teaching implementation ability" and "teaching and scientific research ability".
