After the reform of Shanghai's new high school entrance examination in 2021,in order to fully implement the party's educational policy in the implementation of education and teaching,implement the fundamental task of cultivating people,and effectively improve the classroom effectiveness of the junior high school ethics and rule of law courses,the creation of a context for junior high school ethics and rule of law To conduct research on deep learning.The discipline of ethics and rule of law in junior high schools is guided by the cultivation of the core literacy of the students' disciplines.After studying the discipline,students are required to integrate knowledge and practice,and gradually form their own correct values,necessary qualities and key abilities step by step.After observing and analyzing the lesson examples of five junior high schools in the Huinan School District of Pudong New Area,Shanghai,and comparing the experimental class and the control class,the author concludes that the path for students to enter the deep learning state through the situation created by the teacher and develop the core literacy of the subject is feasible.In addition,the author concluded through research and concluded that stimulating students' deep learning through context creation has the advantages of enhancing learning interest,forming structured knowledge,and cultivating subject thinking.There are also insufficient coverage and long process time that trigger deep learning.On this basis,the author concludes and concludes three strategies for creating situations that can trigger students' in-depth learning in junior high school ethics and rule of law classrooms: 1.Create a three-dimensional situation with multi-dimensional observation and multi-channel exploration;2.Create key guidance,Sustainable interactive challenging situations;3.Create a critical situation that can reasonably conflict and encourage teachers and students to think.
