General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the symposium of teachers of the school ideological and political theory class held on March 18,2019:"Ideological and political theory course is the key course to implement the fundamental task of the morality education,and the adolescent stage is the 'jointing-booting stage' of life,which needs to be carefully guided and cultivated." He operated from a strategically advantageous position clarified the strategic positioning of the Ideological and political course,but also revealed General Secretary Xi's sincere love for the young students of the new era.At the critical moment of "jointing-booting stage",the course "Morality and The Rule of Law" of junior high school bears the important responsibility of leading the junior high school students' world outlook,view of life and opinion about values,and shoulders the great mission of cultivating new people of the era who are responsible for the national rejuvenation.At present,the move towards "core competence" is the trend of the teaching reform of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,and it is also the key to help junior high school students to supply calcium bone and firm the root and foster the source in the "jointing-booting stage".The article discusses the innovative research of the teaching ecology of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school under the view of core literacy from four aspects with the three questions of "what","why" and "how".The first part:An overview of the innovative research on the teaching ecology of "Morality and the Rule of Law" in junior high schools under the view of core literacy,which defines the relevant core concepts and clarifies the theoretical basis and ideological resources of the research.The second part:through questionnaires,teacher interviews and so on,we sort out the various biased understandings and the misunderstandings that violating the basic laws of moral education curriculum of Morality and Rule of Law in the junior high school.The third part:analyze the causes of the unbalanced teaching ecology of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school from the perspectives of teachers,students and other objective factors.The fourth part:to carry out strategic exploration,from the life-based experience,show value leadership,re-energizing the artistic atmosphere,improve the evaluation system of four levels of thinking and structure.Without going out of the old ecology of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,there is no way out for the teaching,and there is no way for teachers to"precision irrigation".Students also have no way to really deal with "jointing-booting"!Without constructing a new ecology of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,the teaching reform of "Moral and Rule of Law" will act in a way that defeats its purpose,and the more it changes,the more centrifugal it gets!...
