The training of key teachers in rural junior high schools requires huge financial resources,material resources,and time.The short key teachers is the mainstay of rural schools,but the key teachers trained flow frequently.The outflow of key teachers directly affects the normal teaching work and the level of teaching quality in rural schools.The flow of key teacher resources intensifies the shortage of education resources in rural areas,the low quality of education and the loss of students,which is not conducive to the fair and balanced development of education.This research adopts the literature research method to collect the literature of teachers' mobility in recent years,through combing,analyzing and summarizing the previous literature research results and applying it to this research.This study collected data on the flow of key teachers in five rural junior high schools in southern Jiangxi through field research and interviews,and analyzed in detail the current status of the flow of key teachers in rural junior high schools,including the number of flow,age distribution,gender distribution,job title distribution,and flow distribution..The questionnaire and interview methods are used to investigate the willingness and influencing factors of the key teachers in rural junior high schools in southern Jiangxi.Based on the summary of the survey results,find out the problems of the key teachers in rural junior high schools,analyze the causes of the problems,and finally put forward management strategies for the flow of the key rural junior high school teachers.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part of the introduction introduces the basic research situation,mainly the research background,research significance,literature review,research theoretical basis,definition of related concepts,research content,methods,and characteristic innovation.The second part is to investigate the flow of key teachers in five rural junior high schools in southern Jiangxi using the questionnaire method and interview method.The conclusions of the survey are summarized: the current situation of single upward flow and the strong willingness to flow out;the serious imbalance between "inflow" and "outflow";young and middle-aged key Teachers are the main part of teachers that flow out.mobility is spontaneous and disorderly;the root cause of mobility is to meet the needs of self-realization.The third part analyzes the problems and their causes of the flow of key teachers in rural junior high schools based on the investigation.The problems are: the current situation of teacher flow is a serious challenge to the stability of the teacher team in rural schools;teachers are motivated to move upwards,and the hidden loss is serious;teacher flow lacks standard management.The causes include policy and system level,social environment level,school management level and individual teacher level.The fourth part proposes five aspects to strengthen the education of professional cognition,promote professional development,improve the professional environment,increase professional psychological satisfaction,and improve the management of professional mobility.
